It isn't to best fit relaxted buy..

It isn't to best fit relaxted fit lack of shape no ways thats up to a 16 size felt like a size 20 and fabric is awful one wash it pilled hasn't been sewen well on hem or cuffs it had potential but not worth the money.

Bought through Debenhams

Bought through Debenhams. The dress arrived quickly and although lovely was too small. I had a query about the return process and had a satisfactory response straight away. I would purchase from this seller again.

Returned item AND STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!

Hi, this product was sent back as the colour was not right, I have sent several E-mail with proof if posting but I keep getting failed E-mail doesn't exist, I bought through Debenhams who haven't been very helpful, I'd be very grateful for any help.

I’m in Australia and my order was…

I’m in Australia and my order was delivered to the UK. This was an honest mistake and the company rectified and issued a refund once the mix up was clarified. Apologies for making assumptions but unfortunately it’s the world we live in but this did have a prompt resolution once the right email address was found.
