Perfect for Workwear

I was looking for loose but smart tops for work and came across this brand. My order came quickly and was exactly what I wanted. They are fantastic value for money and really good quality. The customer service has also been exceptional. Would happily recommend.

Little disappointed

Ordering and delivery was easy and prompt , however the style of shirt/blouse was incorrect and not as selected it was the same colour. Due to the fact i required for weekend no time to send back .

Long delivery.

1. Site has no information about material item is made of.
2. Site gives wrong delivery information. Instead of 4 - 5 working days my delivery took 8 working days. I ordered my item on 25/06/2023 and recieved on 05/07/2023.
Instead of saying: "Please note that we cannot guarantee that you will receive the goods within such estimated delivery times." company should estimate delivery time as 7 - 8 working days.

Good customer service.

Unfortunately I wasn’t sent the correct order. I ordered 3items 2 were correct and the 3rd wasn’t what I’d ordered and i was sent a duplicate of one of the other items in the order. The problem was resolved quickly and a refund was issued along with a free returns label for the incorrect item but sadly the missing item wasn’t available for the event I had purchased it for.

No return label for items that were…

No return label for items that were full price but had discount code applied. I'll be returning both items just to make shipping cost worthwhile

Refund due re: return

Spoke with Asli, in customer service about a return I had made and not received a refund. Within 24 hours of sending an email Asli, responded and sorted it out. An excellent customer service agent.
