Very impressed a genuine 5-star company
If you are looking for a virtual office service, then Hoxton Mix is for you. Everything has been very professional so far.
After posting my initial review, I got an email from Mr Chris Sees (Director of Hoxton Mix) advising me that their payment service provider told them that Bank details were wrong and they had a chargeback issue.
I advised him categorically that there has been no issues or problems from our side and explained him to take reviews positively. Also advised him that we had absolutely no problems with our payments and Bank has confirmed positively. It is their internal issues which he needs to focus on.
I believe apart from their Payment issue, everything was accounted for. However, if it was resolved before then it should have been better. It took a negative review on Trustpilot for Mr Chris Sees to liaise with us.
Moreover, they called (or emailed) Trustpilot and advised that my review is "Defamatory" which is very wrong as it wasn't. It was just reflective of current situation.
Based on overall experience, I am giving this two stars as we haven't spent much time and over all experience wasn't really good either.
I am thankful for Director to email me once the review was on Trustpilot.

Excellent company and smooth signing up process. Any time post is received for me at the virtual address, I am sent an email and receive it at my home address the next day. Very efficient. This is exactly what I was looking for.

This virtual office concept seems simple but is difficult to get right. I know, because I have used many similar services over the past 15 years and they've all been various shades of terrible.

I recently signed up to use this company's VO services and it did not get off to the best of starts:
1. I was treated appalling by one particular member of staff whilst trying to provide identification documents - I understand this has now been addressed.
2. When I signed up I was bombarded with unnecessary emails and subsequent emails have bogged me down with unnecessary information.
3. A bizarre encounter occurred - the website managed to obtain a private overseas address of mine which is entirely uncorrelated to my business. This has caused a lot of stress; mainly due to the way this has been handled by the Hoxton staff member. Despite discussing this with the MD, I remain rather concerned about this and still need answers as to how this happened. Once my IT support have investigated this issue I will update the review.
4. The issues surrounding anti-money laundering could have been entirely avoided if they had included 'driving licence' as an option for verifying the address.
5. Communication via email has been fairly messy, disorganised and without much care or diligence.
The MD approached me fully intent on resolving these issues and has given me hope that any future issues will be handled more effectively and in a more appropriate manner.
I will update this review again in due course.
Wonderful . I have had some very bad experiences with various “business addresses” in London but Hoxton Mix are the best by a long!! way, friendly, always answer your questions fast and with politeness and very efficient in a German efficient way, I am so happy to have at last found a genuine company that takes pride in customer service...AWESOME .

The Hoxton Mix and I got off on the wrong foot. I found them on Google and used their chat to ask some questions. They got back to me but I had some more, and... sadly, I never got a response to those.
I was a bit on a rush to find a new address for my company already and since the reviews were so good, I signed up. Today I got my first letter and even though their site says that for international clients they charge £15 + VAT, plus 2.50 per letter, when I looged on to let them know what to do with my letter, it said they would charge me £5. On top of that, when I topped up my balance, I picked £20, got charged 24, but my balance was still only 20.
I was dissapointed and left a bad review. Since the company director is c copied in all reviews to know what their clients think and what they can improve, as as soon as he read it he called me straight away.
1. They never got my email asking those questions before signing up. It might have been due to the fact that I hit response in the email itself when it is a ticket service.
2. They charge extra when a letter is bigger than usual since the it's also more expensive for them to forward it. I don't know how big is the letter, nor do I know where it’s from, but they are going to look at this to improve the client’s experience.
3. They are going to look on how to improve the top up experience regarding having to charge VAT as well.
It turns out the option for international clients is fairly new and they majority of clients are actually residents in the UK, so they never had a lot of feedback on their system from international clients.
I am amazed at how quicky they responded after expressing my dissatisfaction. They explained everything, showed that they cared, and went as far as they could to try and make me happy, which I really appreciate.
We are all human and we all understand that mistakes can be made and things can go wrong. But they responded so quickly and were so eager to amend it and offer me a solution, that is all that matters at the moment.
I will update my review after a few months with them, but even if we started off with the wrong foot, so far they seem a really great company. How all should be.
Fantastic service and would highly recommend. Have used Hoxton for years and the staff are great when I've needed to talk to them. Can't fault the service which has always been professional and as described. Great company.

I have been using The Hoxton Mix for years now (4years to be exact) and I would like to give my honest opinion. I was using Regus in the past but had many problems with them, not going to go in details right now but I can honestly say that I have had no problems with the HM. The location is great it's about 3 min walk from Old street station and about 10/15 min walk from Liverpool street station, the area is amazing and the staff are absolutely lovely can't be more happy. I must also mention the price I pay for my annual plan is a bargin plus I get to book meeting rooms to meet my clients. Try for yourselves :)
