Parcel came on time, product was exactly as I expected and was in excellent condition. As a plus they even used recycled packaging - which you don't see a lot from online stores so good on them.

I ordered the Haiku poetry magnets
I ordered the Haiku poetry magnets. They arrived promptly and securely packaged (maybe a bit more tape than necessary?). Great product and sold out at a lot of places so I was really pleased to find it at Hoyle's which is a company I had not used before. They did not disappoint. The poetry set is bringing much joy.

Excellent service for Hoyles of Oxford
Hoyles of Oxford dealt with my order immediately and it was received by me in a few days. The quality of the backgammon set was excellent. This was the first time I had used this company and I couldn't have wished for a better service. We'll done.
