Super easy compared to other parking apps. Love it

Hozah AutoPay is perfect. I use it wherever it's available. I never forget to pay for my parking so I don't risk getting an unwarranted penalty charge. Never pay more than is due.

Never had an issue with Hozah car parks. I've set up an account for mine and the Mrs car. Always notified when payments are coming out ets.

Far easier than traditional parking, especially with a toddler, and usually cheaper.

Don't have to hunt down a payment kiosk or fuss with little bits of receipt paper.

Fuss free and easy to set up. On one occasion it wasn't aligned with a free parking incentives but that was a one off.

I parked at Tamworth Ankerside on 23/12/25 and registered my car to my Hozah account on the day before I left the car park. Dispite this Hozah did not collect payment as expected and the first I knew about this was I received a Parking Charge Notice on 19/1/26 which I have appealed. Today, 2/2/26, I have received a second notice that states I must pay £100 by 29/1/26. I have contacted Hozah support and received a message that I must take this up with UK Parking Administration as the notice has come from them. This is rediculous as I followed Hozah's instructions and registered the car to my account. BTW UKPA have forwarded this to a debt collection agency as I did not pay before the 29/1 deadline..... Thanks Hozah!! I will no longer be using any of your parking facilities and may cite you in any court action that may arise from UKPA.......
Update 09/02/2026
I have finally managed to have the PCN notice cancelled. I contacted the shopping centre manager who was very understanding of the situation an appologised for the inconvienience and said they would contact thier representitive at Hozah to cancel the PCN. This was done promptly and I was sent the confirmation email from ..... Hozah. Apparently they can cancel PCN notices despite the claim that"Hozah is only a payment provider"
Thank you Ankerside Shopping Centre!!

Once registered, which was quick and simple, I can park without worry about registering on an app. I drive in, park, drive out and any charges are made to my card a couple of days later - simple!

So easy to park and no need to try and remember to bring cash. Always quick to notify how much has been paid - even when it doesn’t meet the parking pay threshold, it’s nice to get that wee alert saying “you weren’t charged this time”.

began discussions with this company back in May 2025 with a view to them taking on the management of a car park in October 2025. This date was pushed back to 8th November - then 13th November then 20th November. Then they put their signage on the wrong car park!? They then ask if we could attach their signage for them!? by beginning of December it became clear they simply did not have a clue what they were doing! As they had never started the management of the car park we cancelled the contract. Since then they have continued to charge people to park in our car park when they have no authority to do so! complete cowboys! I have advised people who have been charged to raise the matter with their bank as a fraudulent payment and to block the company. I have also raised concerns on these practices to the British Parking Association and with the FCA. I also think an email to Martin Lewis might be in order - avoid them like the plague
I went to pay and made a keying error with one reg letter due to the car park recently changing to this system of which I was not aware and did not have my glasses with me. I made payment but realized after of my error. After contacting BCA they advised that the operator should pick it up by checking cameras and should not issue any penalties. I email Hozna to advise with proof of payment but after 2 days got a response saying “we cannot change machine” I didn’t ask for machine to be changed so I assume an AI response and have been advised by BCA not to pay any penalty as they have to abide by the rules and not issue with a minor error when there cameras clearly show my vehicle and I have proof of payment.

I reviewed Hozah recently because I had used a car park and paid when I parked using my card. I did not see any reference to Hozah who then took payment from my bank for the same amount, £8.40, so I had paid twice. I asked them to refund the payment they took and to end the authority I had foolishly given them to use ANPR for the one car park I use regularly. Each contact simply triggered another support ticket but no action until I left a 1 star review on Trustpilot with a description of this incident. By that point I had sought help from my bank. They refunded the £8.40 and blocked Hozah from taking any further money. I still have had no response from them to end the authority to take money but they then paid in an amount, less than the disputed amount but it’s money I want to refund them. I would like to do this with cash, the block remains in place so I cannot make it a card payment. So Hozah, first please confirm that our brief financial relationship is ended. I shall not use any car park that you manage and I shall then happily refund you in cash once you give me a means to do so.
Just great to be able to park and not have to worry about having the right change makes life a bit easier

“I had a really good experience using Hozah Car Park. It’s in a very convenient location and easy to access, which made parking stress-free. There was plenty of space, and getting in and out was straightforward. It’s a handy car park for nearby shops and facilities, and I would happily use it again.”

If I could give a higher star rating I would. The car park charge via the payment machine obviously had a bit of a glitch. Because I was in a hurry to get to an appointment I couldn’t worry my less than 2hr fee. I contacted customer support today 22/01/2026 after I rechecked my bank statement to realise the machine had charged me £8.00 instead of £2.00. I immediately had an automated response to say my query would be dealt with but they were extremely busy & a response might take slightly longer than normal. I just happened to check my emails a few hours later to find I had a personal response clarifying the machine had overcharged me & a refund would be made immediately! What an absolutely breath of fresh air that this company didn’t quibble & refunded me immediately. Well done! Keep up the good work!

Easy system to use for parking with the autopay option, takes the hassle out of sorting car parking after a long day out.
