Always been a Massif Hozelock fam.
Sadly Two Hozelock Spray Garden Guns were either faulty or damaged, perhaps not the fault of Hozelock as they both came via Amazon.

I was soooo impressed with the customer service from Charlie. After sending him a video of the faulty telescope lance. He promptly sent me a brand new one ON the promised date. After 2 years my hose burst. I emailed zendesk. Sent pictures of burst hose & receipt of purchase. Received new hose. Very happy. Tim was very helpful. Thank you

What an amazing company to deal with. Stand by their promises and zero hesitation is rectifying any issue. Generally, Hozelock products are really good, but if they do go wrong you at least have the comfort knowing they are there to assist. Tim is a great representative, prompt responses and quick resolutions. Couldn't be happier with this company and a standard many others should aspire to be like.

What can I say best customer service I have ever had to deal with Tim was very helpful when my auto reel started leaking from inside was asked to send photos a copy of my invoice had to cut hose off and send photos and Tim sent new unit out 3-5 day just received if.
Credit to Hozelock would recommend there products, there parts are a-little expensive but with customer service like there’s you don’t mind spending that little extra.

Contacted Hoselock after my expanding hose split. Wasn't sure if still in warranty after 3 years.
Tim contacted me within 24hrs asked for photo of receipt and video of damaged hose.
Sent info and Tim responded within 5hrs to confirm new hose was on its way.

Chloe was really helpful and issued the part I had been struggling to find asap. Great work

Issue with faulty hose dealt with quickly & efficiently

I sent in some feedback regarding a hose adapter that had broken twice
I had a rapid, professional and helpful response and an insistence that they send a replacement part, which is not what I had been after

Tim in customer service is a credit to the company. I had a problem with a retractable hose contacted customer service (Tim) and with great patience and understanding he sorted it for me. Can’t praise him enough excellent service.

Charlie sorted my warranty claim very quickly to my satisfaction.

I emailed Hozelock re easyclear 6000 that was almost new but had a fault that made it not work. I sent hozelock the purchase receipt they came straight back saying they would be sending a new one in 3-5 days. Excellent service

Tim at Customer Service left no stone unturned in making sure I was a happy customer. HOW REFRESHING in a world where most customer service teams seem to be hidden away from the customer or replaced by chat bots. Well done Hozelock.
On my product, I can’t recommend the Tuffhose highly enough. I’m 61 now and have had lots of hoses in this time.
This is by far the best I have owned. Tangle free. Light. SUPER EASY to coil up.

An absolutley superb company with fabulous products and exceptional customer service. We recently experienced a warranty fault with our auto hosereel and Hozelock have gone beyond excellent customer service in resolving this for us. From start to finish, Tim, Hozelocks customer service adviser, has been superb. He responded so rapidly and we have just received our replacement product this morning. A huge thank you Tim. You have been exemplary.
