I'm Andrew Marsham, the founder of High Performance Health. I started my own fitness journey in 2011. I weighed 120lbs and had a sagging belly. I was “skinny fat”. I made my own radical transformation and became obsessed with health, nutrition and longevity. I struggled for years on my own trying to figure things out. Making countless mistakes along the way, trying dangerous dieting strategies and wasting hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars running enthusiastically in the wrong direction. 4 years into my own fitness journey I hired a coach and made more progress in 4 months than I had in 4 years. That's when I realised the power of knowledge and wisdom. Professionally I started out as an engineer working for defence manufacturer BAE Systems in. After several promotions and a look at my corporate world future, I did not like what the future held. In 2018 I decided I was going to start my own fitness business. I spent nights and weekends gaining the necessary qualifications while working at BAE Systems. I built the business up over 2.5 years while working full time and then took a leap of faith in 2020 to go all in on my passion - Fitness Coaching. I founded The High Performance Health Program and have bootstrapped our company the whole way. Today our team has 19 full time employees - which includes 9 dedicated and highly qualified coaches with more than 190 years experience between us. We help executives get fitter, stronger & healthier using a science backed & data driven 1-1 online coaching program. We've helped 2,000+ clients since 2018. Our goal at High Performance Health is simple... Help busy executives get & stay healthy. The best form of cure is prevention. Amazing program!
For someone who spends half of their time on the road and staying in hotels, this program is amazing. It fits perfectly into my busy schedule. Pavol is incredible. We have regular accountability calls where he checks in on my progress. The exercises are very user friendly and videos are included if you have questions about how to do something. All of this is contained within the app which is very easy to use. There is also a general member chat that allows members to encourage one another. The app lays out your daily goals for fitness, it follows your steps and any other activity you want to include outside of your normal routine. Included with the accountability calls are general check ins along with meal and diet suggestions. You can tell Pavol really cares about your health. I could go on and on, but short answer is that this is an incredible program and I would highly recommend it.
We need more than Cardio !
I was unsure of an online program. For 15 years I was a competitive amature triathlete with a hands on coach. After 5 years of no racing just running and riding the bike I was 63 years old and knew i wanted to get back on a health program to feel better and prolong my life .Kyle took the time to look at my busy work schedule and create workouts that are getting me great results in short period of time. I had not been in a gym to lift weights in 20 plus years and he has kept the workouts productive and efficient. His once a week calls and digital communications keep me on track. If I have a question or schedule change he is there to answer and make adjustments. I STRONGLY recommend High Performance Health and especially Kyle

Just a couple years after ending my nearly 30 year military career I had lost my way with fitness. My new career was consuming my day and I was no longer surrounded by a culture of exercise. excellent program - it works
Kyle is an excellent personal trainer with a deep knowledge base of training programs (esp for people of my age -58). He makes me accountable and challenges me to stay on track. great knowledge as well of nutrition, eating habits and supplements. The app works great and is easy to follow - and it’s easy to track your progress. Highly recommend the program.

High Performance Health Review
I started with HPH back in April 2025 after hitting what I would say was rock bottom with my fitness levels & body weight. I have been an athlete all my life, have done all the on-line work out programs, Beach Body workouts, Peloton, etc and never made consistent enough progress or lasting changes. I needed accountability and that is what I asked HPH for and that is EXACTLY what they have given me.
My coach, Kyle Patterson, took the time to really understand who I was, what struggles I had been having and where I was failing. He crafted a tailor made program to meet my needs and after 4 months of work, we have made some nice strides. I am down about 12 lbs, but more than the weight loss, my physical appearance is night and day. When I go back and look at the Day 1 pictures compared with current photos, the muscle growth/tone is fantastic. We have a long way to go as I bought a full year program, but I am pleased with where I stand at this point and I see myself renewing after the year is up as well.

Was skeptical, but truly life-changing
Life-changing is not an overstatement! I was quite skeptical about online training, especially since they are based several time zones away. But, I took the plunge and it has been transformative. In 4 months, I’ve lost 25 lbs of fat while adding 7 lbs of muscle. Friends and family noticed within weeks and were asking what I’m doing. More importantly, I’ve been able to do physical activity with my teenage sons that I never would have been able to do otherwise.
