I'm Andrew Marsham, the founder of High Performance Health. I started my own fitness journey in 2011. I weighed 120lbs and had a sagging belly. I was “skinny fat”. I made my own radical transformation and became obsessed with health, nutrition and longevity. I struggled for years on my own trying to figure things out. Making countless mistakes along the way, trying dangerous dieting strategies and wasting hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars running enthusiastically in the wrong direction. 4 years into my own fitness journey I hired a coach and made more progress in 4 months than I had in 4 years. That's when I realised the power of knowledge and wisdom. Professionally I started out as an engineer working for defence manufacturer BAE Systems in. After several promotions and a look at my corporate world future, I did not like what the future held. In 2018 I decided I was going to start my own fitness business. I spent nights and weekends gaining the necessary qualifications while working at BAE Systems. I built the business up over 2.5 years while working full time and then took a leap of faith in 2020 to go all in on my passion - Fitness Coaching. I founded The High Performance Health Program and have bootstrapped our company the whole way. Today our team has 19 full time employees - which includes 9 dedicated and highly qualified coaches with more than 190 years experience between us. We help executives get fitter, stronger & healthier using a science backed & data driven 1-1 online coaching program. We've helped 2,000+ clients since 2018. Our goal at High Performance Health is simple... Help busy executives get & stay healthy. The best form of cure is prevention. When heart disease, cancer, dementia or metabolic diseases take hold they shorten our lives and destroy our quality of life. Scott is the best!

Scott Storey provided exceptional guidance, innovation, creativity and commitment re: my personal goals! He provided outstanding perspective with specific workouts with the focus on efficiency and intensity while creating workarounds for my high mileage knees! He also did an exceptional job outlining a nutritional game plan, which I will continue to leverage. Highly recommended!

A Truly Exceptional Fitness Coach: Highly Recommend Kyle!

I cannot recommend Kyle enough as a fitness coach! From day one, he has been incredibly patient and remarkably attentive to my specific diet needs, seamlessly adjusting my program to ensure my comfort and progress. What truly sets Kyle apart is his progressive approach to speed training, which has helped me achieve significant improvements while always keeping my well-being in mind.

Beyond his technical expertise, Kyle is genuinely humble and compassionate. This combination of skill and character created an environment where I felt completely supported and understood. His guidance gave me the motivation I needed to push through challenges, and, most importantly, the consistent support that was crucial for me to succeed in my program. My coach Kyle is amazing!!!

My coach Kyle is amazing. He really is responsive, works to help find solutions, and I feel like there is an evolution taking place. The long term commitment is definitely making this work better as well because my mind is evolving along with my body. It’s been quite a journey already and I’ve been at it about 5 months. Huge improvement in my mind and body.

It is an excellent program that works around your life to improve your health

It is an excellent program that is designed to work around your schedule and be responsive to your goals and needs. I’ve learned a lot through the High Performance Health Program, and am already seeing significant improvement. My trainer, Scott, is incredible - he is very thoughtful about tailoring the program to me, holds me accountable for where I am, and is incredibly encouraging.

Life changing program

I was struggling to find a program that kept me accountable but also helped me understand nutrition. I found the High Performance Health program on LinkedIn. From the first meeting I’ve been impressed with the program and dedication to my development. I’ve been teamed up with trainer Kyle and have greatly enjoyed working with him. He’s spent the time with me to change my poor food habits and find solutions that work for my body. He’s also worked with me to understand nutrition and how certain foods affect my body and help me accomplish the goals I’m striving to accomplish. The workouts have been challenging and support amazing. I would recommend this program to anyone looking for a partner to help them get in the best shape of their life.

Exceeding Expectations

Almost 6 months into my customized program and I am very pleased with the results & experience overall. First, I have a great coach, Chris Young, who has designed a program that meets me where I am in my busy life. Most importantly, he listens and adapts in real time while also providing encouragement and focus when needed. The app we use is great and the UX is easy to navigate. Looking forward to the next round!

I have been working with Kyle and my target goals are well in reach. Our weekly calls, text messages of encouragement and overall communication is on point.
I would highly recommend this program but you need to put in the work. It is based around your time and gym preferences.

Chris is awesome

Chris is awesome! He keeps me on track and builds great workouts that keep me challenged. Its also great when Im on the road because he builds workouts based on what equipment I have access to including workouts that require no equipment.

Comprehensive Approach

The combination of the App, the nutrition advice, the health coach and the structured workout program works exceptionally well together. None of the results I've seen would have been possible without the comprehensive approach. They really set you up for success and the give you the encouragement to keep up your end.

I have worked with many trainers, Kyle Patterson is the best. It’s not just his understanding of training principles and his ability to help you execute against them, it is Kyle’s empathy that sets him apart. He listens, he adjusts, and is able to help you pivot to best meet your needs. He isn’t just a great trainer, he is a great person.

You have to trust the process as it is…

You have to trust the process as it is likely going to be different than what you might be familiar. I've been working with Kyle for about 5 months now and he has really been great and explaining the changes of what is going on and the process. Many of us I think are so engrained in bad habits, what we thought might have been good, is in fact, not good at all. We have had a good battle with the body as I was really upside down in strength vs. weight, etc and over time I've seen visible changes physically and an absolute increase in strength. I'm looking forward to continuing forward with Kyle!

I have been on the HPH plan for…Robert Ares

I have been on the HPH plan for approximately 6 weeks. During that time, my coach, Chris Young, has been excellent at encouraging me through the learning process of eating properly. Moreover, the exercise program he has created is challenging, but doable. I have been on 3 other programs. The HPH plan is the only plan that is sustainable, long-term.

Love this program!!!

So many amazing things about this program—the best fitness and health program for professionals in my opinion. Awesome, personally tailored coaching (my coach, Chris, is just fantastic). Greats individualized workout plans. Nutrition tracking. And an awesome online community that encourages and motivates each other. Best decision I’ve probably ever made for my health. Absolutely love it!
