Just received 2 batteries today, one for my wife's laptop & one for mine, they arrived in super fast time.
Already fitted them in both laptops and seem to be working ok up to now.

Replacement battery was sent out that day and received promptly. Battery works as expected and rather than get 40mins from it can get nearly 5 hours from the new one.

Had a replacement battery sent out promptly and for a fair price. Unfortunately the battery was slightly faulty and started misbehaving, but once I contacted the company and confirmed a few details they sent out a replacement that is working very well to this day.

I was able to find the correct battery really easily (just make sure that you have the laptop model number). The battery arrived quicker than the delivery date that had been given. It came carefully wrapped with the appropriate tools to install it. I was up and running within 10 minutes of delivery.

Bought laptop battery for HP Omen Gaming laptop. But, after fitting my laptop will not switch on. The battery seems to have blown my laptop up.

The battery arrived sooner than expected and was exactly correct for the computer -- but that's mainly because I had taken a deal of trouble to check this, extracting the full model number from the tiny print on the computer's underside, and then opening the computer's case to compare the old battery with the online image before ordering. I was pleased to see that it came with suitable drivers for the tiny screws that secure the case and the battery itself, although I didn't actually need them. There were no instructions in the pack, but I had already read those online. Fitting was straightforward, although quite fiddly because of the tight packing of cables and connectors, some of which obscured the screwheads. All now seems to be working well after the recommended 12 hours of charging.

Battery ordered Sunday arrived Wednesday which was fine. Fitted battery tis morning which started off at 63% charged and is down to 43% charge in half an hour. Does that seem a quick reduction in power?

Delivered quickly at a good price. It was the correct battery and was easy to replace the old one with the tools provided. My old laptop is now charging and working properly. Thank you for a positive experience.

Excellent service and replacement battery. I was a bit sceptical at first because the receipt I received from PayPal had a Chinese Company name on it. When I queried this, I was assured that the battery was coming from a UK warehouse. It arrived the following day and I installed it today - am very happy with it.

The replacement laptop battery is excellent in every respect.

My order arrived promptly, and was well packaged. The battery was a perfect fit, and has performed well so far. One thing: within the package was a complimentary small screwdriver, which is appreciated. But as I already had my own, this was not needed. What WOULD be more appreciated for this procedure would be a plastic "separation tool" to help lift off the casing. (Described on YouTube as a "must" to do the job without risking damage to your laptop from using a knife or similar metal edge.)
