The key is supposed to be delivered in a few minutes. As I write this, it's already been 5 days. I've escalated the issue to a PayPal claim. Thank goodness for PayPal. I've been requesting a refund for 3 days now because I've already bought from another seller where I received my key in 15 minutes, and it works perfectly. Great prices and lots of games to pick from. Only thing I find slightly confusing is visiting GG who then forwards you to the sellers page, and then you process your order. My last purchase was great, no issues, key took about 3 minutes to arrive which isn't a problem so very happy with the service, and will likely go back again.

Extremely fast customer support response. I've contacted them 3 times in the past few years that I've been using the website and each time they resolved my issue very quickly.

Got given a used key for a different product
I bought a key for Monster Hunter Stories 3 and got sent a key for Monster Hunter Wilds that had already been redeemed months ago.
First time it happens, but extremely bothersome that I had to lose my whole weekend trying to fight customer services of both HRK and Steam Support to get the game that I paid for.
At least customer support was polite and straight to the point, so that wasn't an issue.

Bought a 1$ game key, was used.
Bought a 1$ game key. Got used key, got an extremely lenghty string of hoops to jump through to get a new key or refund. Pictures of this and that, contact steam support to verify that the key is used by someone else.
For 1$. I'll take that loss and will just stop using this shit site again.
