One of the worst purchasing experience that i ever had in my life. On day 7/7/2026 I bought a steam key for Skyrim that is redeemable in my country, but instead i got a key that isn't redeemable in my country, i've provided everything they have asked for yet they keep making me wait. I'm writing this review on day 19/7/2026 and still haven't gotten a refund nor a steam key. I don't even know if i want to still play the game or not since i'm quite upset now.

the key works without issues. and gives me 1 year of usage.
BUT
365 days of "free trial" and not actually fully paid account.
its the same as using crack or key generator.

It's the first time I've used this site.

I was genuinely concerned for around half an hour whilst my purchase had been suspended and the money had left my bank account.

They requested a selfie of me holding my bank card (showing just the last 4 digits and my name) and a photo of my driving licence (showing only my name and photo). I edited the pictures on MS paint to hide the other information.

Around 20 minutes after I submitted the pictures I received an email telling me a product had been added to my account.

All had been sorted and I could relax again.

Overall, I got a good discount and the payment issue was resolved quickly.

I bought a digital key from them, paid €2.91. I received an invalid key. I contacted their support and was asked to reach out to Steam support and provide screenshots to prove that I was telling the truth. Steam support confirmed to me that I had been sold a blocked key because it belonged to a batch considered stolen. I replied to their support, no response after a day.
Over two euros... you tell me whether they can be trusted or not."

EDIT AFTER REPLY: I supplied all the information you asked, on 07/07/2026, the same day you answered me, also with the order number, the screenshots and so on. It’s 10/07/2026 and you were unable to solve the matter….

Bought a windows license key and received it within 2 minutes via email. Installed windows put the key in and it worked and activated. Great service

This site is a total scam. I purchased ESET Antivirus cd-key for 1 year. After 4 months, I had to do a system reinstall, but the cd key no longer works. I come to find out they sell you THEIR license that they own and they add you as a user. Once you reinstall windows, HRK will tell you that you have to purchase another key in order to keep using the Antivirus.

Stay away from this scam site.

The response time from customer service is way too long, which is already frustrating enough. But on top of that, even though I have provided all the proof that the game doesn't work, they refuse to give me a refund. Instead, they just tell me to wait for "possibly several days" to get an answer, with no guarantee of a resolution. This is completely unacceptable, especially when I've already shown clear evidence of the issue. I strongly advise against using this service.

HRK is a store which I can't recommend.

Until recently, they had the worst search in the world. It's improved now, but it's still slow and inconvenient.

There are also some completely ridiculous restrictions!
1) You can't buy more than one key at a time.
2) You can't buy more than a few keys per day.
3) You can't see the key right away; you have to wait about three minutes for the purchase to be manually approved (HRK calls this "Instant Delivery" 🤣).
4) If the store cancels a purchase, you won't be notified or automatically refunded. You'll have to contact support yourself and wait.

And support might ignore tickets. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

But the store's main problem is unreliability. A year ago, I bought a key from them, and it turned out to be not only used, but even for a different game! 😂

Two weeks ago, I bought four keys from them, only one of which worked!

To request a refund, they require four proving nothing screenshots with my confidential data for each such case. Luckily, these keys were cheap, so I can afford to give these money to the store as a gift. Perhaps that's what HRK is counting on...

1) "Standard essential protocols"? Are you kidding?! Has anyone at your store ever visited your competitors' websites?

I've made purchases at dozens of stores, and they all showed the key instantly, as far as I remember.

Kinguin, Gamivo, Eneba, G2A, and others—go to any of these sites right now. They all let you choose the number of keys in your order. Everyone except you. Because they're STORES, they want to SELL. And you... Honestly, I don't understand who you are or what your goals are. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And certainly no one banned my payment method for 1 or 2 days after purchasing multiple keys in a row!

2) No, thank you. I just wanted to buy keys. I wasn't going to buy the quest "prove to us that we deceived you and we'll give you your money back... maybe".

I ordered a key for the dead by daylight Halloween dlc they said I could activate it in the uk I go to steam to activate the key and it says that the product is not available in my region and I activated it so I cannot get a refund overall very frustrated and disappointed

I ordered a first light key through PayPal and this has to be the most annoying customer experience i have ever experienced. First it doesn't show up in my order history for 30minutes, then I get an email to my PayPal email address to confirm that no one stole my PayPal account (good), but the link they gave me to enter a code doesn't work. It just tells me I have no permission to enter the site for another hour or so, then it randomly appears in my order history.

I haven't gotten any messages or emails that the key is fake. Just got a new pc and the key that was given works like any other. Not having to pay 150 for just a windows was a godsend.

Went to purchase Nintendo Online Family + Expansion pack, they advertise "revolut" on their platform so I opted to try and use that since it had a $20 promotion. They flagged the transaction asking for photo of card and ID and selfie, I emailed saying the advertisement from Revolut is a digital card, how can I send a selfie. They didn't respond and just cancelled the order. Annoying, but okay I'll pay with my credit card. Same thing happens, so I send the selfie/card/ID and paper in, they then request another selfie of ID and a new piece of paper. Frustrating but at this point I've already jumped through all the hoops I'll go through one more, they then reply and are like "We have successfully refunded you this order" like, what!?! You just took my ID (2x), a selfie, and a picture of my credit card and not only do I not get the product they act like a refund is what I wanted? I reach out and they say they had a "technical difficulty" adding the key to my account. How does that happen! And now they just are "out of stock" for those keys. So I've given them my personal information, my credit card information (I'm going to request a new credit card because they now have my information and if they can't do a simple transaction I don't feel like they'll safely store my information) and I didn't get the thing I had been trying to purchase the entire time. Furtheremore, because it took so long I ended up missing out on discounts at other game key websites that would've saved me $7-$10 off MSRP. They take your information, your card info, and just suddenly don't have the product you want and offer no solutions or help.

Curiously my experience started with a problem related to a key, but we can have problems dealing with any site, the big differential was how fast they answered me late night on a weekend and how fast they got everything sorted and solved by monday, im genuinely surprised and satisfied with the outcome.

There are so many key sellers in the marketplace. My advice is don't use these guys. On my latest order I ordered a key but what I received was not redeemable as it was for the wrong region, even though it explicitly stated UK. They wouldn't refund. They wanted to try and resell the key to some other potential unfortunate shopper before giving me my money back. After a week of emails I still don't have either my money or a working key. Now escalated to credit card company. AVOID HRK GAMES

Update (June 16, 2026):
HRK Game continues to stall and refuse a refund, trying to make the customer do their job. They demanded proof from Nintendo, which I actually provided.I contacted Nintendo Official Live Support TWICE. The second agent explicitly confirmed in writing that the eShop code was already redeemed BEFORE my date of purchase. I provided HRK with unedited screenshots of this official confirmation, meaning it is 100% legally proven that they sold me a pre-activated, defective key.Despite this bulletproof evidence and multiple deadlines, HRK just sends automated copy-paste excuses. I have officially withdrawn from the contract and initiated a chargeback dispute through my bank (C24) to get my money back.This store has zero respect for consumer laws. Avoid them at all costs!

I bought a 2024 Office. On installing the key was rejected. HRK support fixed it. I recommend HRK for the effective support.
