İrresponsible customer service and Seller never comes to online There's a Trap İf you Buy something marked as (Row) key it doesn't really means this code is for row region I'm telling you from my experience i have brought dead by daylight key i was chatting with support for 3 days only and all of them said i should wait for maximum 72 hours meanwhile it's been 1 week and İ still didn't get my refund back and Support stopped talking with me and I'm still waiting answer from them it's hard to experience email chatting when there's no live support available They keep telling me seller should come online and blablanlah but it's been centuries I'm waiting for this seller to come online

They need to allow PayPal as a payment…
They need to allow PayPal as a payment option if you do not have enough balance in your HRK wallet. If you try to use your balance, you cannot use PayPal to pay the remainder. The other problem is that you cannot use PayPal to add to your HRK balance, only CC. Other than that, great service.

Never received my key and customer service was pretty awful
bought a key and never received it, when speaking to customer service it felt like they ignored what i said then they gave me a refund which i never asked for and they told me to buy the game again after increasing the price on their site

I purchased a Microsoft Office…
I purchased a Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 key from HRK, which turned out to be invalid and already used. I contacted their support immediately (Ticket #636105) and provided all the requested screenshots as proof.
Despite my cooperation, their support team failed to provide a working solution after days of back-and-forth, offering only invalid activation IDs. They did not resolve the issue or offer a refund for a faulty product. I have been forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank to recover my money. Do not trust this store with your payments – you will likely end up wasting your time and money.

HRK gaming is stealing steam accounts along with game keys and your money
This place is a complete rip off and they're trying to sell illegal game keys. I tried to buy Forza 6 and instead of a game key they said click this link will give you access to a different steam account that's not your so you can play the game. So they're hijacking steam accounts now too. This website needs to be shut down by all governments.
