Great Company to deal with.
The 2 gentlemen who delivered my recliner were great, very friendly and nice however part of my order was missing which has since been re-ordered but considering I paid for express delivery is very disappointing that I'm still waiting for these items weeks later. Also I'm not happy that when you've paid thousands of pounds for an item that you are again charged to have your old recliner taken away. HSL have chosen to pass this charge on to the customer which is wrong, it should be absorbed in their profits. Free removal of my old chairs, sofa's beds etc is a big consideration of where I choose to shop.
After my review above HSL contacted me to say they had asked for my missing items to delivered as quickly as possible which I have now received. The lovely gentleman who spoke to me also said they were going to refund me the £50 delivery fee for the inconvience I had suffered. I'm still not happy with the removal of old furniture but it's government regulations. I am very happy with how things were sorted out and will certainly use HSL again.

I am sorry to hear about the missing items from your delivery.
If you are able to provide me with your order details I would like to look into this further for you.
Unfortunately, due to government changes to the legislation governing disposal of furniture, HSL, along with most other furniture retailers are now unable to offer a disposal service. We are able to sign-post our customers to a 3rd party registered disposal company, but they do charge for this service.

HSL delivery service
We were very satisfied with the delivery service from HSL chairs. The delivery team of Alex and Dean were excellent - telephoned ahead to let us know they were on their way, with an estimated time of arrival. Clean and efficient delivery of our new chair, they assembled it for us and took away any packaging.

It was a pleasant experience
It was a pleasant experience, shopping at the HSL store in Blackpool.
The staff were very helpful, explaining the best kind of support for our needs, we didn't feel hurried.
We tried a few chairs out. We settled for leather, and the lady went through all the different colours with us.
We came away satisfied and are now awaiting delivery.
