HSL Chairs - Brierley Hill Reviews 

We arrived at the Brierley Hill store (West Midlands) to a warm welcome from Jill (a trainee) and then Humaira. A nice cup of tea and coffee and biscuits were offered straight away. Both were very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable about the rise and recline chairs we were looking for. We did purchase two of them and now we are looking forward to them being delivered. Upon leaving they even held the doors open for us. A great shopping experience.

My Mom purchased a suite from Brierley Hill. Beverley the sales assistant was superb, very knowledgeable, listened to specific & different health needs we needed for both Moms arthritis & Dads mobility following a stroke & advised on the suite she thought would work. She was absolutely right. Mom was joyous sat in the shop in complete comfort with her feet up. Bev was so friendly & hospitable. Tragically Mom passed suddenly before delivery & in really sad circumstances I had to speak with Bev & customer services to modify the order after purchase to remove 1 armchair that we felt would be a painful reminder to Dad. I feared we might struggle to do this as the cooling off period had passed, but everyone involved were so empathetic, understanding & helpful, they made a really sad phone-call easy & were truly lovely to deal with. Wonderful customer service that eased Dads stress & I couldn’t be more thankful for it. In a bitter sweet moment the suite was delivered today, it is absolutely beautiful, so comfortable, lovely fabric & clearly a quality build. Having been in hospital previously it was the 1st time Dad saw it & he is so pleased with it - currently snoozing on the recliner! Sadly Mom won’t be able to enjoy it, but she made a fabulous choice & I know would’ve been delighted with it. Enormous thanks to Bev at Brierley Hill & Isabelle in customer services who’s understanding & empathy made such an impact on a grieving family - they have no idea how appreciated that was. Customer service is often lacking nowadays, HSL really stood out for theirs in such a positive way. Would recommend them in a heartbeat.

The staff in the showroom were really welcoming and most helpful when making a choice. The quality of the chair delivered is excellent. It is extremely comfortable and meets my needs exactly. The delivery was at the time expected and Carl F and Lee R were really efficient and courteous.

The team were punctual, polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Top marks.

We entered the store and were greeted by Bev who spent about 1 and a half hours explaining the different models, fabrics etc. Just after we'd bought one and the paperwork was being printed, we decided to buy a second one.Humaira came over and rejiggled the paperwork so that both chairs were on one order.
Normally after 10 minutes in a store and I've had but the time seemed to fly by I can recommend the Brierly Hill store to anyone.

first off a cordial welcome by bev, (suprised that we knew what we wanted,) having been there previously a few months before. bev could not have been more helpfull and patient, so we found a grande chair that turned out to be ideal for him and a good price. well done bev, (cracking wench).

Friendly, informative, no pressure. Danielle is respectful and helpful. A real pleasure, she made us feel welcome and had patience.

Visited Brierley Hill showroom,and was greeted by Beverley.she was patient and understanding of my needs.
Myself and friend were offered a drink,which we accepted,whilst I chose the chair and fabric.
I also ordered a second chair for my sunroom,as I will soon be recovering from surgery,and a change of room will be welcome.
Beverley and her colleague were very helpful and kind.
I will be going back to the showroom in the near future to order a bed.

Visited the Brierley Hill branch this morning and were met with friendly, enthusiastic staff. Beverly took time to talk us through Stressless chairs options. Coffee and biscuits provided as we sat to ponder our choice. We were made to feel welcome and weren't rushed with anything. We also were shown a variety of settees and colours to chose from. Due to the welcoming atmosphere, time taken by Beverly to explain everything including offers, we made a purchase of a Stressless chair with stool and a 2 seater settee. Excellent example of customer service. Thank you

This is our first experience with HSL. The company was highly recommended by a friend. The whole experience was excellent from the moment we entered the store at merry hill in Dudley. We were looked after & nothing was too much trouble. Alex & Kieran our delivery guys were amazing too. They delivered the chair with care, respected our home & thoroughly went through everything with our 86 year old mum. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Will definitely recommend to all our friends.

Popped in as I'm interested in buying a Stressless power chair. I was immediately greeted by Dani who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. She was very professional and courteous, explaining everything I wanted to know in a patient manner. I then looked at the Nicoletti range as appeared to offer excellent value for the quality Italian leather. Dani again was excellent and Hannah provided some additional information which was very helpful.
Overall, both comfort specialists were very knowledgeable about the products, non pushy to sell and offered an overall exceptional customer experience.

Ordering was easy, not long to wait for delivery date/time and was kept in touch by Ian and Paul on day of delivery. Chairs were delivered nice and early and were assembled by Ian and Paul very quickly and efficiently and they were very helpful, polite, professional and courteous throughout. The experience couldn’t have been better.

Staff are helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Humaira was attentive but gave us space and time to try the chairs and consider our options.

The buying experience was first class due to the extremely patient and knowledgeable on-site sales specialists.

The two people that delivered my chair were wonderful. Ian and Paul couldn’t have been moore helpful.

They looked after us very well , we are in our 80’s so needed to be guided through the purchase .
