All people both at the Burnley store and the home demonstration were polite and helpful making the process of thinking of all eventualities and finally deciding on the chair and sofa smooth .

After waiting for 6 weeks to the day that I ordered my recliner chair it arrived and I was truly delighted with it.Chris & Terry were excellent talking me through the instructions and placing my new chair exactly where I needed it to be placed. from the day that I ordered my chair everything went so smoothly I can recommend HSL to all.thank you Chris & Terry for being so professional. ( not a white glove in sight ) thank you all at HSL.

HSL are an established family owned company so it was important to me to support that. From the moment I entered the showroom everyone was very professional , helpful and friendly throughout the process of buying my chair. Thanks also to Paul and Jon the delivery men. I would fully recommend HSL.

Visited the Burnley store recently and Val & Jill were brilliant. My husband has had a stroke and is using a 4 wheeled walker they were so considerate of his needs this trip out was his first for 10 months and their helpfulness and thoughtfulness made it a great time. They went above and beyond what we expected and it was really appreciated.

Val and Jill were very welcoming on my arrival at the showroom. They listened to my requirements and were able to show me a range of examples and give me detailed explanations about the pros and cons of each design. Friendly, knowledgeable staff made for a pleasant visit and a great purchase.

The ladies (Jill and Val) were very welcoming and helpful - taking plenty of time to explain the options and to try the chairs on offer. It was certainly much more useful to be there in person to both look at and to try out the chairs. Even to measure out such things as the differences in size of bases. Completely recommended.

Excellent sales service very friendly and helpful

From my initial telephone conversation with Val, she was so informative and helpful. I wanted to take mother in to look at purchasing a remote controlled reclining chair.
She gave us great directions to the store and an even better postcode to use on the Satnav - even so I still got lost !
But that wasn't a problem. Val then met me where I'd parked up, showed me her ID and then directed us safely to the store. It's tucked away a little and I wasn't the first person from out of the area to get lost.
We then were offered tea/coffee and biscuits, very nice touch.
Val then went on to describe the 7 points of measurements required to get the best bespoke chair for my mother's needs.
The service was excellent.
My mother can't wait to take delivery of her new chair in the new year.
