I was hoping for a little more money off, with the Easter offer. The chair is a little over priced, looking around other furniture shops. And I wasn’t told, at my initial visit, the price of delivery, which bumped up the price even more!

Very helpful and friendly

The assistant, Pushpa Pugh was attentive as soon as we walked through the door. She quickly ascertained the right sized chair required and took her time to make sure it was suitable. She explained everything very carefully and professionally. I was impressed by her manner. I made a purchase.

Very informative, patient and knowledgeable. Assistant Pushpa had a lovely manner, everything explained carefully.

The young lady we first dealt with in the hsl store we could not understand. She talked very quietly and had to keep checking with someone else as to what she should do next. Next time we visited another lady dealt with us and was most helpful. The delivery drivers were excellent (Craig and Shane). Lovely guys five stars for them. Marie

I can not speak to highly of service from visiting store in Peterborough to the delivery. I know HSL chairs are highly recommended and this proven correct. I am highly delighted with my four motor chair and the delivery men Paul D & Jon could not have been more helpful and pleasant. As a 89 year old widower may I say Thank You!!!

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff to help you choose your perfect product from their wide range of beautifully presented furniture, most of it made to fit you perfectly from materials of your own choice. Saira looked after us admirably.

Staff at the Peterborough showroom are extremely helpful and explained everything to us that we wanted to know. Chair was delivered before the estimated delivery date and the delivery team of Craig and Jed were very friendly and courteous. They explained and demonstrated how the chair functioned. Can highly recommend the company.

We made our purchase at Peterborough HSL. There was a good selection, the showroom was well laid out. What really made it a wonderful experience was Pushpa Pugh who was extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She was highly professional and expertly guided us through the whole process.

Purchased a rise and recline bed from HSL Peterborough.
The whole experience was first class and Greta made us feel at ease and answered all our questions without pressurising us.

Please please do not use HSL we purchased a sofa and chair from the Peterborough store to the value of almost £5000 on the 14th September when it was delivered on the 3rd December it was ripped, damaged and the delivery drivers didn't even have cloths to put on the floor I had to provide those. We refused the delivery and was promised a full refund. Despite several phone calls they still have not refunded us and have the poor quality items back.
We are now having to consider legal action against HSL so don't be caught out by all the promises made in store as the after care and service is the worst I have ever experienced.
If I could give no stars I would!!

It is good quality furniture, Carl and Lee who delivered our furniture were very professional, polite and helpful.

We went to the Peterborough branch and were greeted at the door by Greta.
She was very knowledgeable and helpful with no pressure to buy.
We were happy to place an order.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff on the showroom. Also the two guys who delivered and assembled the furniture and put it in our front room. Both Lee and Tom were polite and ensured everything was just right.

Great customer service, felt completely at ease from the second we walked into the store .
Pushpa was amazing , explaining and showing my parents the difference between 1-2and 4 motor chairs, sizing , getting the right fit and giving them time to chat about what is right for them ,even had a cup of tea and biscuits.
Never Putting them under pressure to make a decision!

Although we had to travel to our nearest HSL at Peterborough. It was well worth it for the face to face experience and to be able to view the range of armchairs we were interested in. We spoke with Anna, who was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I visited HSL Chairs in Peterborough this morning after perusing the catalogue they sent me in the post.
I was greeted at the door by Anna who was superb throughout the 1.5 hours I was with her. There was no sales pressure and she answered all my questions and concerns. She helped me try out a number of chair and fabric options and made a number of helpful suggestions based on my personal circumstances. Thanks Anna, you were great. If the chair turns out to be as good as you, I will be a very happy man.

An excellent showroom with a lovely team, working well together. Pushpa is the epitome of kindness and patience. Prices seem comparable with other firms and the opportunity to lie on beds and operate them without time pressure was invaluable.
