Sales person gave us time to tryout nearly every chair in the shop, only to come back to the very first chair we tried. They went through the whole process of ensuring the chair fitted correctly.

There was a slight delay in delivery due to a fault being found on one the chairs. This was a quality control check by HSLbefore it was delivered to us. Kept well informed of the problem and a new date was set for delivery.

The Delivery men Edwin and Garry were amazing. They rang to say they were going to be earlier than stated. I explained I hadn't moved the furniture to accommodate the new chairs. Told me not to worry, they would do it when they got here.

I would recommend this company as the service from start to finish was excellent.

Very good service at the hedge end branch. The team where brilliant with their knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. Would have given them five stars but the delivery dates need a bit more flexibility (ie) not just one delivery date a week

Outstanding knowledge and patience of the staff at Southampton, with special thanks to Brian. The quality of the armchairs is outstanding...minor quibble..head office initially had not applied my payment of the balance..ahead of time..and initially said that I still owed it. One chair ( Aysgarth ) was delivered without the protective arm sleeves which are still awaited

From the assistant in the showroom to the lovely delivery guys, Jason and Ashley, the customer experience and quality of products would take some beating. Very courteous, understanding and knowledgable. I'm feeling envious of my mum's new adjustable bed already!

Andy and Wayne kept us very much in the picture with delivery. They were courteous, helpful and polite. They were patient when setting the furniture in position. I thoroughly recommend HSL.

Botley, Southampton store. Fantastic. Star of the show was Eric, lovely young man and made our visit very enjoyable. He certainly knows his stuff. We spent a very informative hour and a half and made our choice and are looking forward to our new sofas arriving in a few weeks.
The sofas they have in the showroom are lovely. They cater for every whim. Modern or traditional.
