When we called into the showroom the gentleman was very knowledgeable. He pointed out aspects that we hadn’t thought about like husband needing a much bigger, higher backed chair than my petit one.
Would have liked a shorter delivery but as they say good things are worth waiting for. Delivery was also very good, nice lad to explain and demonstrate.
Since getting used to it I simply love it - thank you all.

The sales person at HSL in Taunton was excellent. Informative and helpful. Only have to wait less than 2 weeks for delivery

Our experience at the Taunton branch of HSL was wonderful. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. It took about 2 hours to choose our chairs and the staff were very patient, laughed at husbands joke and supplied coffee and biscuits!

We were on a mission last Saturday to purchase one or two reclining chairs, as we are now finding our living room furniture uncomfortable, plus our aches and pains don’t help!
Our closest HSL is Taunton in Somerset and we rocked up there at 10am. Sue W opened the door for us and from that moment on we felt we were being well taken care of. Sue and her colleague were very knowledgeable about their range of suites/chairs and we found with their help the best chairs to suit our needs.
We realised when we left that we had been with them for over 2 hours. Lovely ladies, the tea, coffee and biscuits were an extra bonus!

All staff very helpful. Took delivery today.
Martin and Leon set the chair up and helped by moving old armchair to another room .All in all very good service

Wonderful serice by Daryl and Lisa. Daryl took great care to ensure that my wife had the most comfortable chair, and was patient and friendly throughout our visit to the Taunton showroom.

The purchase was conducted in the shop in Taunton by a very nice assistant The delivery was made today by a polite man who assembled the chairs and placed them in place. We are very happy. D & C thompson

Martin and Leon from the delivery team went out of their way to help my elderly mother when they delivered her new chair. They made the whole experience as stress free as possible for her.

We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived at the Taunton showroom. We were greeted and then given plenty of time to look at the sofas on show. The assistant was very knowledgeable regarding materials, etc and clearly explained the ordering and delivery process.

I was so impressed with the undivided attention given to me by the Comfort Specialist. Her expertise and patience assisted me so much in my decision making for the furniture I needed and desired. I am thrilled with the pieces and fabrics I chose with her help. Her hard work, in all aspects of the experience, are deeply appreciated.

The staff in HSL are friendly and helpful particularly Debs in Dewsbury and Sue in Taunton.
The showrooms are well presented and bright. The staff are knowledgeable about their products.

We had our recliner sofa delivered this morning, by Connor and Ashton. What helpful your men. They rang 20 minutes before hand, to say they were on their way. They unpacked it in the van, and then carried it indoors. They assembled it, checked everything was working correctly. They explained all the workings. And before you could say "Jack Robinson", they were gone. Both young men were very helpful, and polite and efficient. Score them 100%. Very happy,
Our dealings with the staff at the local store here were also extremely helpful and informative. Very happy with our order, and delivered within the time stated. Well done to the entire HSL team.

Friendly but clearly professional advice and welcoming atmosphere, especially given our problems finding the place.
( entirely our fault due to our lack of tech etc ability in following iPhone directions!)
Did not feel pressured, had I felt so I would probably have not remained. Overall a positive experience, especially given this was a pretty huge purchase for me.

Staff were welcoming and knowledgeable.
Nothing was rushed and there was no hard sell. It was important to them that the chair was the right fit, the right style and in the right fabric.
Coffee and a Kit-Kat sealed the deal!!

James and Peter provided an excellent service. These gentlemen were highly efficient, polite and mindful of my home/belongings. A great delivery experience.

Very helpful

Sue was really helpful, especially after I had sat in a couple of chairs. She showed me a catalogue that showed the dimensions for different types of chairs. It was so good to see the facts and how they felt in the seat. It was great to use the tablet and check how my elbows reacted.

Joanna Harrison, my occupational therapist comments. The chair:
• Needs to have low arms to allow him to use his communication aid
• Seat needs to be shallow
• Back needs to be upright
• Feet, knees, and hips need to be at 90 degrees
• Low arms of the chair would also allow his table to be pulled in front of his chair

The chair was perfect for me. I bought it straight away.
