Transfer of ISA stuck somewhere, both current ISA provider and yourselves blaming each other. I am losing money because of one of you. Poor service that need resolving urgently.

Very easy, straightforward process
I opened a savings account on behalf of a charity. The online process was extremely easy to follow, it was straightforward and allowed me to complete the compliance areas quite easily.
It was definitely a no-headache process compared to many other similar accounts I have opened over the years.

Attempted to open an ISA two weeks…
Attempted to open an ISA two weeks before deadline. Completed form correctly. No contact from HTB despite several emails trying to find out what was happening. In the end had to find an alternative. My first expereince with this bank and sadly would not attempt to use them again

Opened up fixed account and a few days…
Opened up fixed account and a few days later new fixed saving with higher interest rate appeared. There was no hassle getting it transferred.

Unable y to gain access to the site.
I managed to get the account set up but then found the process of gaining access to the account to deposit the cash impossible.
I emailed several times for password username resets and was not given support or information to proceed. I therefore ran out of the 14 day window time slot and failed in my attempt to deposit the money.
The experience was highly frustrating and ultimately a waste of time.

ISA allowances
Why do investment companies (Banks etc) assume that their customers have not used up all their ISA allowance, and continue to bombard you with so-called outstanding offers. I have used up all of my ISA allowance investment for 2025-26, but still continue to be offered to use up the ISA allowance. Banks, give your customers a rest and don't assume that not all of them still have money to invest in a Cash ISA etc.
