For a 5 year savings bond, HTB offered the best rate I could find. It took less than 10 minutes to open the account and all information and communications was clear and provided quickly.

It was easy to speak to a member of the customer service team so much better than speaking to a robot. Lauren was really helpful.

Website application a little unclear in places eg transfer ins. Also received numerous emails reminding to pay in funds when you already new it was a transfer in.

Absolutely incompetence has made me consider transferring to HTB ISA as currently multiple phone calls have not been understood and acted upon.

Relatively easy to open online, some wording a bit confusing.
Automatic emails requesting funding of account were irritating when it was a ISA transfer.
