This useless company make getting my mother to hospital and home again one of the most stressful things I have to deal with. For the third time in a few weeks they have failed to arrive in time to get her to her appointment. This time they decided they couldn’t transport her as there is only one crew capable of using a scoop stretcher. They turn up scratching their heads like it’s a surprise that they have to transport a bed bound diabetic 90 year old with dementia and Alzheimer’s. They ask the same questions each time I book, have had their own people do an assessment of how to move her and her it’s still a shock when they turn up!!! ‘Can she gets in a chair?’ ‘She can’t weight bear?’ - No she can’t and if she could we would take her ourselves. So this time we didn’t even make the appointment 1) because they wouldn’t take her and 2) because the one scoop team go home at 4. Add this to the last 2 trips when we had surly people who carried on like they were doing us a favour, or left us at the hospital for 4 hours and then moaned that they got lumbered with the job because it’s difficult. How on earth this lot managed to get a 5 year contract is a joke. You might be alright if you can walk to the ambulance so they don’t have to do anything other than taxi you there but if you have a bit more complex needs prepare to be disappointed and frustrated at an awful, inept service.

Possibly the worst organisation I have dealt with for service.
I have just read their web site and their promises they make - what a joke.
Left a 98 year old lady all day and did not pick up despite being booked in for 10am and when chased multiple times, they could not answer why and when they will be with her.
Booked in for next day at 9am, but they can not guarantee her being picked up and if she does not get picked up by 4pm, then to call them again.
ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING & DISGUSTING

Absolutely discusting service! The drivers themselves are usually ok but the coordination of control is horrendous. Patients waiting up to 3 hours for transport and instead of waiting the 10 mins for my mum to have her treatment have made the crew leave and are sending another crew so we are looking at a 2 hour wait for a return journey. Cannot believe they would treat patients this way. The NHS would do better to find a better provider as this one is shambles and I feel sorry for the people who work there and get abuse from upset and poorly patients.
