Zero stars

Zero stars - worst Customer Service EVER . Can’t be arsed to answer ANY QUESTIONS, soon forget about ANY-updates to slightly older products and I was bragging to my friends about the P20 phones camera , about the P30 and about the GT2pro watch , what brick head I now feel ! (That’s keeping it clean 😂but they are no joke )

HUAWEI health will not work correctly with my i14pro max as this bunch of con artists tell you ! When my gt2 is done I shall be switching over to an Apple Watch ,?a company that DOES ANSWER. , A company that WANTS your custom .

Don't ever buy huawei

It's so awful how they treat their costemers. I highly recommend anyone to cancel huawei. Don't ever buy anything from them. The costemer service is ruthless and it's a headick to get the smallest things done. Small things like changing a screen takes months or weeks, and non of their staff talks English. I can honestly say that buying anything from huawei is a waste of your hard earned money. Don't ever trust these people. The company is on a downfall and if I could, then i would hirer a lawer and sue them for fraud in their service agreement. I'm tired and done with this bs

Absolutely useless customer service treatment by Theo

Trying to get a new battery in my 2018 Honor phone. When I input the serial number that came from my phone into their website, it came up with invalid. Contacted customer service and they also said number was invalid although I took a screen shot from my phone.
I cannot find the receipt from 6 years ago so they will not help. They are implying it is not a Huawei phone although they have the images I took.
I want to pay for a repair but they are not letting me.
I am extremely disappointed and very angry.
Absolutely useless customer service.
I dealt with Theo from Huawei customer service - 0/10.

inaccurate information regarding the dispatch

On 12th November 2023, I made a purchase of a Matebook from your website with the understanding that the product would be dispatched within four business days, as indicated in the initial information. According to this timeline, the dispatch was expected by 16th November 2023. I made this purchase relying on the provided information, assuming the product would arrive before my scheduled travel. However, as of 18th November 2023, the product has not been dispatched, and regrettably, I have been unable to reach any representative for clarification or assistance.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience due to the inaccurate information provided during the purchase process. I am left uncertain about the timely receipt of the product before my travels, which was a crucial aspect of my purchase decision. Moreover, I had intended to utilize this Matebook for remote work during my travels. Furthermore, the absence of any communication or explanation regarding the delay in dispatching the product is disconcerting.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and accountability displayed by the customer relations department. As a result, I am compelled to formally lodge this complaint to highlight the impact of such misinformation and lack of assistance, aiming to caution and prevent potential customers from facing similar issues.

Matebook X Pro

I sent my Huawei laptop that was purchased in Nov 2020 for repairs. I had to wait for over 3 weeks for them to get it collected , eventually after numerous emails, they replied that I need to purchase a new hard drive and had to pay which is quite acceptable , then I had to wait a further two months, again after numerous emails they replied back that its beyond repair and offered me £30, I don't think you can get anything from this company for less than £50. I wasn't expecting a full refund and after two months of not having a computer to be offered £30. Does Huawei really expect a customer to return with a £30 towards a new laptop ? Stick to proper companies , such as Dell etc ,not this Mickey Mouse company.

If I could give huawei zero stars I…

If I could give huawei zero stars I would. I have a matebook d15 laptop which is not long out of warranty first issue I had was the charging port failure which I find out is a common fault with huawei laptops so after a long process the laptop was sent off to a repair centre who fixed the laptop and then sent it back damaged. Huawei refused to take any liability for the damage even though I had shown them proof of condition before it was sent away for repair. Eventually a month later they finally said they would repair the laptop casing which was damaged so it was sent away again and when it finally showed up they must have assembled it incorrectly as the backlight was bleeding too much light in places on the screen. I complained to huawei and they were not interested in sorting the issue out or replacing it. So now I have another issue the charging port has failed yet again and I have sent several emails to different addresses and huawei are either not wanting to deal with me or are purposely ignoring me. Avoid huawei at all costs

If i could leave zero stars i would

If i could leave zero stars i would. One star does potential customers a disservice. You try to contact Huawei customer services. There is a phone number, 08000886700. This number says that Huawei is closed and use the online contact form. This answer is consistent. What is the point of even having this number? You can find other numbers online but these numbers are dead. There is an online chat which is a bot, no use. Then you get to the email contact form. You fill this out, you get an email saying that Huawei will get back in touch with the best solution. They never get back in touch. There is another email address, i would give it, but Trust Pilot will not allow me to. You will never get a reply from this email address, even though it is operational. Huawei are a company not even trusted by many, many western governments, and from my experience, for very, very good reason. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK. For anyone foolish enough to believe they offer great value for money, tread carefully. If you have a problem, from my experience it is a waste of your time trying to contact them. Spend your money elsewhere.

poor repair service

Dear Customer Support,

I was pretty surprised when I reviewed the status of my monitor's repair and discovered that it had incurred damage during the process.

It's important to note that when I sent the monitor in for repair, I took great care in packaging it. I placed it inside a large box, which was adequately padded, and I affixed fragile and "this way up" labels on all four sides to ensure its safe transportation.

Before I shipped it for repair, there was no visible physical damage to the monitor, except for the presence of two lines on the screen.

However, I have received communication from SBE Global Service claiming that the monitor arrived damaged and they have quoted a repair cost exceeding £400, while also stating that the warranty is now void due to the alleged damage.

I believe that the physical damage occurred either at your depot or during the transit by DPD. I want to emphasize that I am not willing to bear the cost of damage caused by DPD or within your warehouse.

In light of these circumstances, I kindly request a replacement monitor. This matter must be resolved promptly, and I do not expect to be charged for the damage caused by external parties.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could inform me as soon as possible regarding the course of action you intend to take to address this issue.

Sincerely,

Michael

Subject: Resolution Request for Damage Claim and Unresolved Repair Issue

Dear Customer Services Manager,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a deeply concerning matter regarding my recent interactions with Huawei's customer support representatives and a repair company that has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the level of service and support I have received.

In March of last year, I purchased a Huawei monitor valued at £600. Regrettably, I have since encountered a series of distressing issues concerning the monitor's condition and the handling of its repair:

1. Damage Claim Dispute: Upon discovering a fault with the monitor, I initiated the repair process. However, during the assessment, it was asserted that the monitor had sustained physical damage, leading to the invalidation of its warranty. I unequivocally denied any knowledge of such damage, as the monitor had been meticulously packaged in a securely sealed and adequately padded large box. Despite my insistence on the adequacy of the packaging, it took multiple email exchanges to acknowledge the same.

1. Photographic Evidence: To validate my claims, I engaged DPD, the courier service, regarding the handling of the parcel. DPD indicated that they possessed photographic evidence. Unfortunately, they declined to provide me with this crucial evidence, citing that Huawei, as the account holder, should be the entity responsible for providing the photograph. Huawei's customer support representatives have thus far refused to furnish me with the photograph, asserting that it cannot be made public.

1. Lack of Escalation and Misleading Claims: Throughout this ordeal, I have been met with a distressing lack of escalation options and a series of what I can only describe as baseless and misleading claims. The individual who identified themselves as JD, from your customer support team, has repeatedly made statements that appear to be evasive in nature, aimed at avoiding the resolution of the issue at hand. Furthermore, JD refused to connect me with a call centre manager, despite my repeated requests.

The overall experience and the handling of this matter have been deeply unsatisfactory and, I must say, contrary to my expectations from a reputable company such as Huawei. This incident has left me questioning the level of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction within your organisation.

I implore you to review this matter with utmost seriousness and urgency. It is my earnest desire to find an amicable resolution to this issue and have my monitor repaired under warranty, as initially promised. Additionally, I request a thorough investigation into the conduct of JD and any other representatives involved in this case, as their actions have contributed to the distressing nature of this situation.

To SBE. I encouraged SBE to engage with Huawei and furnish me with a photograph of the package that DPD delivered to your repair center, aiming to eliminate any uncertainties and prevent resorting to legal action. It's important to clarify that the box in the picture diverges notably from the one I initially sent.

Irrational and unresponsive customer service

I had a terrible experience with Huawei a few months ago when I purchased a laptop. Here are the issues I encountered:
- The device had a faulty battery and had to be sent for repairs.
- After repair, the laptop not only returned in damaged packaging but also with a malfunctioning touchpad that was beyond repair.
- I requested a replacement, but unfortunately, the replacement device was sent to me in opened packaging with repair center labels.
- No evidence was provided to support their claim that the replacement was brand new.
- They were unwilling to extend my warranty from one year to two years as a goodwill gesture and proof of their laptop newness claim.
- Requests for compensation were met with either negative responses or insulting and profit-driven suggestions.

Be cautious, as you're dealing with a unprofessional repair center and completely unresponsive system.

Sure, I can provide information about Huawei technologies. Huawei is a Chinese multinational technology company that specializes in various areas including telecommunications equipment, consumer electronics, and smartphones. They are known for their advancements in 5G technology, AI-driven smartphones, and networking infrastructure. Keep in mind that my knowledge is up to date only until September 2021, so I might not have the latest developments. Is there a specific aspect of Huawei's technology you're interested in?

Huawai warranty is a joke and not a funny one at that!!!

I'm still waiting for my watch to be repaired under warranty after 3 weeks. When it comes to their after-sales support, Huawei seems to be a huge disappointment for their customers. The watches and other products seem to develop the same problems over time, and they can't get them fixed quickly enough. Read the other reviews and DO NOT BUY HUAWEI PRODUCTS in the UK because, in the event that something goes wrong, you are on your own.

worst ever

They manage customer relations at their worst, or rather they can't. The freebuds they sent as a gift with my pc purchase does not work. I contacted customer representatives for the problem. In no way does the process progress. they didn't do anything. they keep saying that they will take care of the problem soon. but how and when? it's been more than 3 weeks since i did not hear from them. I will never shop again. sorry huawei uk, you are the worst!

They've had my device in a repair centre for a month now, they have even tried to fob me off with a cheaper, less capable device as a replacement. I've asked for a refund multiple times and CS just ignore Emails.

They have my Smartwatch, my money and are doing nothing to resolve the issue - don't buy Huawei, customer service is awful.

Inexperienced people behind the service phone.

The technical service did a great job in replacing the phone battery.
The problem comes when they send you the phone and when you call 0123361XXXXXX, the phone number to check the status of the repair, you only receive an email with the following information.
Dear *** ***,
We are pleased to announce that your order has been successfully delivered.
Thank you for shopping with us
Sincerely,
Your HUAWEI team
They do not send you any tracking number for your order, in this case the shipment of your mobile phone from the technical service. When you call on the phone, some people are not very professional, sometimes they ask for information that you don't have, sometimes you give them your details, order number, service code number or request number and they can't find anything related to your phone.
In my case they used the DPD currier for the shipment to them and the return from them to me.
In the process to them everything went very well and very fast, at the time of the order for battery replacement and completion of the purchase, you will receive an email with a document called (Return Your Parcel), but this does not happen when they send it back to you.

Costumer service dose not exist

I bought a smartwatch together with my phone. The smartwatch worked beautifully for over a year and in November I realised that I was going for my 5k walks and the health app was only recording 1000 steps. I tried every troubleshooting recommended but nothing seemed to work.
I contacted huawei and sent the smartwatch back to be repaired.
When the smartwatch was sent back (i believe it was replaced) it came with the same problem. I tried changing the wristbands adjusting to be tighter or loose but nothing seems to work at all.
I contacted again costumer services and was told to send the smartwatch back again to be repaired. I then got a quote from the repair company asking me to pay over 100£ for a repair, because in the meantime the watch is out of warranty!
No costumer service number, no answer to my emails, just standard answers that does not reply to my issues. Now they have my watch and won't return it back
