I strongly advise against using Huboo. Their promises of seamless solutions quickly unravel into a nightmare of lost stock, inaccurate inventory tracking, huge price increases out of the blue and abysmal customer service.
Now the cherry on top is they are going bust.
Publicly available info = Huboo recently filed a Notice of Intention to appoint an administrator, a serious step towards potential liquidation. Court Number: CR-2024-BHM-000735
This raises serious concerns about the safety of our stock and the ability to retrieve our goods.
My own experience with Huboo these last 8 months was disastrous. We suffered from constant inventory discrepancies, delayed orders, over charges, price increases and a complete lack of support from their overwhelmed and unhelpful staff. I'm really not surprised they are falling down.
Given their current "financial instability", I strongly urge you to steer clear of Huboo and choose a more reliable and stable 3PL

Couriers, particularly Evri, are failing to pick up orders.
Despite paying for P2P FedEx International services, Huboo is instead using Royal Mail, which is unacceptable.
Additionally, my stock has been lost due to an IMS discrepancy, and I cannot reach anyone to resolve the issue. The customer service is extremely poor. I strongly advise against using this 3PL provider.

Please avoid using huboo.
Have been with them for over a year, and it's been nothing short of a disaster. Quoted prices seemed workable, but they were not at all the case. Overcharged massively, and ZERO response to emails asking for information about the pricing. They only respond if there is a payment due. I am paying MORE for storage of a few hundred items than I did when I had over 8000 items there.

Something has gone very wrong at Huboo...
After "technical problems" with Royal Mail on 20th December our orders were eventually "fulfilled" using Evri. However, none of these orders have been collected from Huboo. This does not seem to be an isolated experience judging by other reviews below.
We then get an email on 24th December to say that Baaj Capital and Atalla Capital have acquired Huboo. This follows a notice of an intention to appoint an administrator posted on 23rd December as per The Gazette, included below:
"In the High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts in Birmingham, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD)
Court Number: CR-2024-BHM-000735

Joint Administrator: Ryan Grant (IP number 9637) of Interpath Advisory, Interpath Ltd, 2nd Floor, 45 Church Street, Birmingham, B3 2RT.
Date of Appointment: 23 December 2024"
In this same email, they acknowledged, "we are aware of recent challenges with carriers not picking up parcels and delays in deliveries". Putting two and two together, this is mere speculation, but I wouldn't be surprised if there is a major cashflow issue and both carriers refused to collect due to outstanding invoices.
Huboo please come clean and tell us what is going on. We all make mistakes but you are eroding any remaining trust fast and destroying many other businesses in the process.

We have had a very up and down ride with Huboo with multiple incorrect charges and tech errors but a kind and supportive customer service team (although held back by poor internal communication channels and one sided conditions). However, this has been our worst week with them. From Thursday afternoon still to today, Tuesday, not a single order has gone out. We have Evri blocked on our account as they are awful, but after another Huboo tech problem on Thursday we were moved to Evri shipping. However they have not collected a single parcel, even our express orders on Thursday that were guaranteed for Christmas delivery. The communication of what has been going on has been terrible with different people telling me different things when I’ve called and only generic email replies just trying to shift blame to Evri (when it is Huboo's responsibility to have orders collected for shipping, especially if they have selected a service that we have blocked on our account) with no attempt at support in this crucial period. Huboo keep increasing prices, which according to them is to “improve tech and the service to us” but during the most important Christmas week for sellers their tech has failed and then they have let orders sit there for now 5 days without dispatching them to a courier. Things go wrong I understand but there has been no solution in place to fix their errors, no useful communication (requiring us to constantly call and chase) and this is all while they increase prices. I have plenty of angry and frustrated customers and I don’t blame them. I’ve raised a ticket with Huboo communicating all of this and will update with how they resolve if they ever do as I want to make sure other small businesses are aware.
Adding to this on 27th at 4pm, after being told and emailed by staff that a collection would happen Tuesday 23rd, been told it did not happen and now not even collected today!

Really disappointed in this companies service. I actually bought something from a company who uses Huboo as a logsitics company to deliver their product - i ordered a few days ago and it turns out Huboo haven't even handed our order over to the courier for delivery! Huboo have let both myself and the company who uses them down. Avoid.
These guys will rob you blind. I've been using their services for over 3 years and they have lost me over £10k worth of products. They tell you that they have passed your items onto couriers and hence they can't cover you for any losses as the items were not under their possession but after speaking directly to the couriers its clear that they were never passed over.
Huboo and their employees are completely inept. They have now started charging £650 a month without any warning whatsoever, when you call them up on it they send you inaccurate 'evidence' that you've 'opened' their email, stay well away!

Huboo were my fulfilment agent for several years. This past few months have been absolutely disgusting and I have since cancelled my service with them.
Huboo decided to add a further minimum account charge to their clients (which was several times my account fees with them) making it impossible to continue my service with them. Given that the company have happily lapped up my storage fees and fulfilment charges over the years to then price my company out of their standard service felt so disrespectful.
To add insult to injury the customer service has been critically woeful. I had to chance up multiple times to gather up my inventory with them and organise it to be shipped back to me. A process which you would have thought would be simple and easy for a fulfilment company. Instead they made is so inconvenient and difficult (and expensive) where they clearly just wanted me to collect it myself. When my I no entry did finally arrive - it was battered and bashed to the point where 10-20% of my inventory is unfit for retail.
I have had problems with Huboo as a company over the years since I started with them in 2020/2021. Absent account managers. Price increases (some justified - some greedy). But it was the lack of respect or understanding from a number other team during my departure with them that has left such a sour taste. And I would not endorse them for any small business’ consideration as a fulfilment agent whatsoever. They clearly only want the extra large accounts producing high fulfilment numbers. But the disrespect they’d shown towards my time and my money is unforgivable.

We were using Huboo's services for some time, we ultimately decided to part ways due to several factors. After giving contractual notice and being informed that it would take 5 days to pack up and return our remaining stock, it took weeks to get it back, and we received no communication during that time. Despite attempts to resolve the situation, there's no one to speak with, and escalating the issue is impossible due to their non-existent customer service. To top it off, we were being charged over £600 for this inadequate offboarding process. When we finally got our stock back, much of the it was damaged, and some items had expired — something we had no knowledge of and had actually been paying storage fees for expired stock that we couldn’t sell, and being charged management fees at the same time. For a business like ours, this has been extremely damaging and I would urge anyone considering working with them to pay attention to reviews like ours and others.
All of a sudden they’ve invoked a massive increase into their monthly billing. From £150 to £750 a month.
When I called them out on this they said they previously had communicated this price change. It was one email, a few days prior to the billing.
It seems like they’re done this a quick crash grab. Multiple people have left negative reviews about this.
But worst of all if you want to close the account they will insist you give £30 days notice. So I will be charged this massive amount again and there’s nothing I can do about this.
They’ll say they have amply communicated to me about this but when they wanted onboard me they called and messaged me daily.
When they want to x7 your monthly costs, it’s one email and “apparently a notification” on your dashboard. A dashboard we don’t even use.
We chose to stop using Huboo's services for a number of reasons including expensive fees and lack of customer service. We gave them one month's notice. Our contract ceased on 22nd November. We were told there was a 5 day SLA for packing up our remaining stock. It is now 29th November and our Xmas stock is still sat with Huboo and no-one will talk to us. We cannot escalate as there is no customer service. AND they charge £600+ for this terrible off-boarding service.
UPDATE: We were finally given possession of our own stock after much delay (2nd Dec). Upon receipt, much of the product is damaged and some is even out of date (when we were given no visibility of this and understood that over the last few years Huboo were operating a FIFO policy... doesn't appear that they were). However, during our tenure they continued to charge us storage for out of date stock we couldn't sell and hadn't even been told had expired. All while being charged a management fee for the privilege.
I had the pleasure of having Marta Gil Calvo as my onboarding specialist and she has gone above and beyond for me and my colleagues throughout this process. She is incredibly helpful, kind and truly works to answer any question or concern throughout the process.
Working with people like her make it incredibly easy and enjoyable!
Available at any time. You can always find a solution with them.
Huboo always give top quality service. They are very quick to respond and no issue is too big for them to handle, I would definitely recommend Huboo!
Marta Gil Calvo my Customer Success Specialist at Huboo has been an incredible help, truly going above and beyond! Thank you Marta for all you do for your customers.

We wish we never engaged with Huboo. We have been let down over and over.
Latest issue is their b2b service. Over 50% of our orders have either been lost or damaged in transit or have been delivered to the wrong address.
But worst of all, Huboo have refused to follow up on orders where Fedex staff have opened our packages, stolen products, repackaged poorly so they arrive damaged even when we have supplied photo evidence. Huboo simply say they did their part and refuse to follow up with Fedex. We are not able to follow up directly with Fedex as it is the Huboo account. Huboo also do not offer protection or cover for b2b orders so we just need to accept the significant financial impact and disgruntled customers, which are hurting us as a small growing business.
I wish this was the first issue we had with Huboo but it is not. From being miss-sold in the sales process to changing prices that make the storage costs ridiculous compared to other 3PLs... I have had their head of customer service contact me to discuss ways they can improve which I really appreciated and then stayed with them in the hope they would change... but then when more issues arise, they hide behind the customer service team who inform me I can no longer contact them.

We’ve been using Huboo for our fulfillment, and the service has been reliable. The integration with our store went smoothly, and the platform is straightforward to use. Stock updates and order processing have improved, and deliveries have been handled well.
Overall, Huboo provides a solid fulfillment solution, and we’ve had a positive experience so far.

Unfortunately not a good experience across the years. There were constant price increases, despite there being info saying this would not happen when we started, WAY above inflation levels. We pushed back on this, but only once we left a negative review they contacted us and said they'd get rid of the price increase if we deleted the review. Check the Google reviews for a fair representation of their business. There also seemed to be a lot of incorrect orders, and our stock numbers on Shopify were frequently off despite updating this regularly. The final straw was a minimum price cap of £650 with less than a months notice, something that came completely out the blue and had the potential to massively harm our business going into the busiest time of year. They completely knew what they were doing with this timing and unfortunately they have previous. A money grabbing company that had potential to be great unfortunately. Their platform is also not particularly user friendly and not worth the increased price on others, avoid.
