They are slow to respond to issues that need fixing. Sometimes they don't even respond at all. You are left with the issue continuing for months without any response.

I was moving to Huddersfield and I come across Huddersfield estate letting, since I contacted them they were very supportive in choosing a house according to my best interest , even though, it was very short time . and the most important thing , they have straight forward paperwork process, which did not take me more than one day, I do recommend them for any one moving to Huddersfield.

Applied for a property to rent the day advertised but have not received any calls or emails, nothing. Not answered any of my calls or anything. Its kind of pointless, if the agency don't call you back. now the listing has disappeared like it wasn't there in first place. hmm strange but it is, what it is. 1 star because i have waited a week and still no reply's or any information..

The team is great, value for money with a five stars service.
Going above and beyond to support me.
I would highly recommend to my friends and colleagues as they are very reputable people.

I would first like to begin by congratulating Mr Shahrukh Gilani on running such a smooth, sleek and professional business! I have had the pleasure of dealing with him and his team over the past year and i can honestly not fault them in anyway shape or form. I have sold my properties through them and they have also dealt with my tenants.

The service and expertise offered by Afsha is second to none. Afsha is clearly a highly educated individual and has the customer's best interest at heart.
