The delivery by DPD was appalling, late and no response from Huffkins when I complained about it! No customer service what so ever!

We have tried many ginger cakes and this is by far the best.

This was a gift and the person was out when DHL attempted to deliver but it was available for collection next day at my friend's local Post Office. All was well and the lardy cake was well received.

Arrived extremely quickly. Very impressed with packaging. However two packs of lardy cakes were a bit soggy. Maybe wrapped whilst still warm, and they were more like Chelsea buns than lardy cakes. The ones that were ok did taste nice though and good that they are vegan.

Quick delivery couldn't wait to try the lardy cakes 10/10

I visited Huffkins located in John Lewis in Oxford Street with my sister and her 2 year old. We had the Classic Afternoon Tea. I would have to say we were quite underwhelmed with what we were served with. The clotted cream was out of a packet and jam in a jar. We had a selection of cold sandwiches and cakes that were quite mediocre.

I would like to say the staff were very friendly and attentive. There was a pleasant atmosphere, chill music and nice decor.

I would go back for tea or coffee however I wouldn’t recommend it for an occasion you may be celebrating such as a birthday.

Huffkins made the extra attempt to deliver the fresh baked item by arranging a pick up at a nearby market. I'm pleased my son enjoyed a delicious treat and with the ease of a convenient delivery option. Thank you!

The delivery was perfect. Ordered early for an anniversary present and arrived as arranged.
The baked goods were delicious especially the scones.

Ordered a gift for my dad. Paid extra for Saturday delivery as he works and is not home on a weekday. It’s resulted in my mum having to leave her work so she can get home for when it is delivered (I live over 2 hours away). I can’t comment on the quality of food yet. I can update once they receive the parcel. But what’s the point in paying extra for a Saturday delivery?

Bought some jute eco bags for souvenirs. Arrived almost next day. There was a tiny bag included as freebie, which was a nice surprise.

Thanks to the lovely helpful people at Huffkins I sent a personalised hamper for my mum's birthday - it arrived spot on time in perfect condition, everything well wrapped and all fresh and delicious. My mum has lots of happy memories of visiting their cafe - you can't get to the cafe, enjoying at home is the next best thing. If you can, ideally do both!
