My daughter was looking forward to go to sleep with her new bear friend from Santa only to be woken up again in 5 min time as it stopped working! Customer service said it was programmed to work for 10 min so the product did not work as was promised. Their answer was to provide a 20% refund!! Honestly what an outrage!! I want a replacement or a full refund for a faulty product that obviously does not do what it promised! Do not buy!

Absolutely awful company and the toy is not safe for children let alone babies which is what it shows on their website. Do not be mislead, they are not a UK based company they are based in China so if you need to return you will have to pay the postage (even if the toy doesn’t work). I have battled with them
Since before Christmas to return the defective toy and get a refund. I was going to have to pay for it to be returned to China recorded as they wouldn’t accept it was defective even though I sent them a video and photos. It would have cost more than the toy. In the end I accepted a 60% refund (keep pushing them s they will of 30% at first). I have reported them to trading standards as have a few other people and they are taking it seriously as the wires are easily accessible as is the battery pack and I I would class this as a chocking hazard as well as a potential fire hazard. Do not buy - go to Smyths they have the same if not better and safer with British standard kite mark

Same as others. Rubbish product and rubbish service. I tried asking to return them for a refund because the product page itself says FREE RETURNS within 14 days. I requested to return them only 2 days after I got them. Got the same 20/30/50% refunds offered that I've seen others mention on here so I wouldn't have to pay return shipping, and if I didn't want the product I could donate them. Clearly Hugglys are working win the more people buy their crap than return it so still profit... STAY AWAY

Same issue as others. The quality is horrible, and I tried asking to return them for a refund because the product page itself says FREE RETURNS within 14 days. I requested to return them only 2 days after I got them. Got the same 20/30/50% refunds offered that I've seen others mention on here so I wouldn't have to pay return shipping, and if I didn't want the product I could donate them. I just started a dispute directly through my bank, I'm hoping it goes through there instead, because clearly Hugglys does not want to let me return the product for a 100% refund.

Do not buy this product it does the complete opposite of what it’s meant to do. You can hear the mechanics of the heart beating which is not soothing and the lullaby is very high pitch and loud.

Awful company!!!! Do not buy. Product arrived faulty and unsatisfactory. Really disappointed with the quality and was not to standard as expected. Emailed constantly for the last 2 weeks trying to arrange return and refund to be told they were just going to send me another one. Which I stated I didn’t want as it’s not of a good quality and the noises are dreadful! They only offered me 30% refund (£9!!!!! )) for a product I don’t want or to the expected satisfactory standard!!! Absolutely disgraceful. Dodgy company.

I was not happy with the feel of the fabric felt cheap. With touch sensitivity it was not ideal. The motor is louder than expected. The breathing is far than relaxing. With music it shuts down after 2 minutes. I emailed asking to return the bears which they sent emails asking for a description as to why I didn't want the bears this went on for 2 days before they offered me 10% refund. I said I would rather return the bears for a full refund they came back with 20% with the deadline looming for returning and being Christmas I agreed.

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. It would appear that the positive messages on other social media are fake. Do not purchase this product. Mine is faulty as the stitching has come undone so stuffing coming out. Every reply from customer services asks for a video. After the 7th email I now realise I'm obviously talking to AI as they are exactly the same replies Despite me sending the video in email, wetransfer and on their page.
The bear noise breathing is slow but the bear breathes in and out much quicker which actually causes you more anxiety! The motor is also very noisy. The products are not fit for purpose so please don't purchase. I am now contacting citizens advise and the bank to try get a refund as it clearly isn't going to happen.

Took a while to arrive, although only fair as was christmas time. They arrived stuffed (x3 bears) into a padded envelope with a piece of paper explaining instructions. Needed x3 AAA batteries each. Took a while to get the batteries to touch the appropriate points before the bear would work. The sound is too loud however soothing and thankfully there are different functions(4 clicks in the paw) which allows no noise or light if required. The only down side is the breathing motion. It unfortunately makes quite a loud whirling sound from the mechanical motor. It's 50/50 in feelings for this product as it's not worth its original price however I paid a deal for three bears which I feel was fair. I'd prefer a better quality mechanical part for this bear but it's does what it needs so far. Baring in mind it has literally just arrived. I will re review after use!!

Two arrived this morning order has taken 10 days to arrive from china which I personally think is fine. Reason for 4 star is because the battery cover is left loose in packaging resulting in one being lost. I have bought another brand of these previously from a different company and I have to say genuinely not as good at all. Hugglys themselves have been very responsive. Instructions on how to use included in the packaging. I genuinely don't understand the poor reviews.

I ordered before reading reviews which was a mistake. I contacted them immediately to cancel to be offered a 20% discount which I declined. Fast forward 4 ish weeks, no refund and no item so messaged them again to be offered the same automated 20% discount. They say the order has already been processed! Haven't we been here before? Avoid!

Dreadful, complete waste of money.
This arrived stuffed into a padded envelope, no box and no instructions. Breathing sounds are ridiculous and the music is so loud it would keep you awake.
Call me cynical, bit all their good reviews appear to be redirected from their own website.
Trust me when I say, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!

Avoid- total scam, company has a UK address but items come from China, take weeks to come and the quality is awful and dangerous for children, just shows what fancy AI videos can produce in conning the public, we haven’t even put batteries in ours as we wouldn’t dream of letting children use them with exposed wires, I think it would be more comfortable sleeping with a bag of rocks.

Class idea for a more reputable company to take on but avoid this company at all costs!

Terrible quality, noises are horrendous and too loud. Not relaxing at all. Customer service is appalling. I would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid buying from them

Don't even deserve a 1 star. Bought 2 of these and they are terrible! Ve been teying tobget a refund since 24th december and they are still not willing. There's a hole in one on the tummy, ripped near the battery area and the other one, there no room for the battery pack to fit in! Just to add that the noise is horrific and loud. It's more disturbing than relaxing. I've complained and asked for a refund, even though I've sent photos in as proof of these faults, the company are refusing a refund as I haven't sent in a video (the film is too large and won't allow me to send it to them). I've changed it to a different format and it still won't send. I'm not sure why they need a video when they have evidence in photos of the faults. Terrible company and terrible product! Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely dreadful! The breathing noise and the mechanism are so loud it is ridiculous. Most definitely not fit for purpose and I do NOT recommend. Crudely packaged in an envelope, no box!

These products are off-the-shelf products, available on Chinese e-commerce sites for around £3 a piece. Claims of them being designed in the UK are bogus. The website displays the PayPal logo but does not actually offer PayPal as an option (likely because PayPal gives an easier means to raise a dispute). Advised delivery times were entirely unrepresentative, product was dispatched from China rather than UK and took weeks to arrive, not the days listed on the site. Quality is disappointing, too. There is nothing wrong with Chinese products, but transparency about the product's origins, delivery times and, frankly, a price more reflective of the quality, would go a long way to improving things.

Scam. Really bad quality. This company will have made a fortune from this scam. Don't believe the fake 5 star reviews.
No customer service, fake company and address. Do not let your kids sleep with these.
Do not buy things you see on social media with all the influences getting paid to advertise them.

Not as advertised. Terrifying, certainly wouldn’t recommend for children struggling to sleep or people with anxiety. Impossible to get a full refund.

You have to return it to China.

Ordered as a gift for xmas never turned up no longer wanted asked for refund 4 times with no joy AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
