Mis sold four packs supposedly day two test but just the normal test you get free from the NHS. misleading on the website at the time of order, this a has since changed. two orders placed one which has never arrived. can't get through on the phone, don't answer emails. Another company screwing people with the test packs. Do not touch them with a barge pole. !
Ordered 4 two day tests before traveling from UK for short trip abroad. Arrived quickly but now I am abroad and trying to complete a UK passenger locator form, the order number given by Hughes healthcare is not Valid on the form. I guess I have to buy them again so I wasted £90 at Hughes healthcare. Not recommended!
Ordered a test to take while away and the tube didn't have enough liquid in it.
Was told I could only get a refund if I didn't use the test but obviously I tried to do the test and then found out there wasn't enough liquid.
Wasn't provided the goods I paid for and they wont give me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
