Absolutely appalling. No reply to text, calls or emails. I had one call back when I was in the appointment they had made. Thought this was for minor surgery but merely a triage. Doctor told me I couldn’t drive after my upcoming appointment as it is illegal to drive after a local anaesthetic which is untrue. Seems like they are a total waste of NHS funds and I have told my local surgery of my dissatisfaction with them.
Unprofessional attitude. Staff did not even introduce themselves. Dismissive and uninterested. I was asked why I was referred and referred back to the referring physician. I was told that unfortunately the service is fragmented. The doctor did not wear gloves or wash their hands. I was concerned and left feeling disappointed and worried. Really poor patient care.
After waiting for 8 months , I received first class service. Well done NHS and Health harmonie
I wouldn’t bother, a skin condition I’ve battled with for 15 years, got referred to them by the GP, took a day off work and a 2 hour round trip to be told it’s not that bad, go home.
Absolutely abysmal company and service. The whole purpose of NHS patients being referred to private companies is to help with the 'long waits' of the NHS, not in our case, for both my husband and my daughter. Not once but twice, I've had to reach out when both my family members have not been called back to be reviewed following a consultation, for which they were both given a prescription, and then left without any form of treatment. My husband especially has been left for a year, I make a complaint, which doesn't get answered, he's offered an appointment, treatment (further creams that he's already been trying from the GP for the past two years) and advised he would have an appointment in 4 weeks to review, fast forward to 2 months, he's had to call for an appointment as he's really struggling with his skin, given an appointment 4 weeks away. Fast forward again to today, his appointment for Tuesday (24th) has been cancelled, and he's got to wait and suffer for a further 3 weeks! How can you treat people like this? You are a joke and do not care about your patients. YOU ARE BEING PAID BY THE NHS TO OFFER A SERVICE TO THEIR PATIENTS, AND YOU ARE NOT UPHOLDING YOUR END OF YOUR CONTRACT.
I was told by a person who I spoke with on the phone that there were no longer any appointments anywhere near where I live. This was untrue and I had been told this on a couple of occasions. On both occasions I needed to ring several times before getting an appointment near to where I live.
Location nice and local and easy to get too. Reception staff polite & friendly. Doctor and Nurse who saw me both were very friendly and put me at ease. The doctor explained the procedure and everything went smoothly.
Prior to my appointment it was very difficult to get hold of anyone to make or change appointment. There were three people in the clinc room for my appointment with no explanation as to who and why so many people. I was sent two separate appointment letters for a week apart. Had to prompt clinician to check skin on my head where original melanoma was. Overall didn't put me at ease and very little confidence in service. Will be seriously consider options before attending further appointments.
I had an appointment for dermatology to review my skin condition and possibly get put on a better medication. I travelled over an hour away for an appointment with a baby when I also do not drive to be told that they are no longer referring me through healthharmonie as they cannot prescribe medication to my city. This could have been told to me over a telephone appointment rather than making me travel with a baby for absolutely no reason.
I had an appointment in October 2025 and it's now march 2026, I have not had any follow up appointment or updates on what my results were from a scan.
Poor. Compared to the last NHS dermatologist. Rang me, missed the call during work, tried ringing back on hold , didnt get through. Absolute shambles.
Third time trying to get through on telephone today. I was number 7, 35 minutes ago & am still waiting!! Very frustrating!! Have tried 2 other times since Wednesday & was number 15 on one & number 12 on the other. I work Monday to Thursday & therefore had to give up waiting! I sent an email - no reply! Appointment is today & I have to cancel! They 100% need a better phone system.
I think all calls are integrated, even though the voicemail asks you to choose your speciality. A lady has just answered my call & now, to top it all, I’ve been
cut off!! Absolute disgrace. Well I shall be a DNA I’m afraid. Not queuing again! Ridiculous system.
Update: Lovely lady rang me back to rearrange appointment. She said it was a system error!
Obviously staff very nice IF you can get through to speak to them…
The only criticism I had was how difficult it is to cancel an appointment. You ring the number but you join a queue and it takes far too long. Surely it must be possible to do this online? would certainly benefit both parties. Overall though it went smoothly. Staff were very professional and was seen on time
I recently attended for a hysteroscopy which I had been dreading due to a previous bad experience at an NHS hospital. This experience could not have been more different. I was greeted by Zafiena who was lovely and put me at ease. She also kept me occupied during the procedure which was carried out by Dr Kodampur and Nurse Fran both of whom were gentle, professional and reassuring. If I have to have further procedures I will definitely be requesting Healthharmonie.
I was referred by my GP via a 2WW to Health Harmonie and was seen within days to have images taken of 2 lesions. Tania who did the imaging was very knowledgeable regarding the process and extremely caring, sympathetic and welcoming and made me feel at ease. She explained the process and reassured me massively. The images of my lesions were reviewed by a Dermatologist and again, within days I was booked for surgical removal of the lesions; I received a warm welcome from Mr Sabri the Plastic Surgeon and Lydia the Nurse. I was treated with respect and dignity and was kept informed throughout. Mr Sabri put me at ease by explaining every step and the Nurse Lydia reassured me during the procedure making me feel safe and looked after. I am now 4 days post op and am recovering well. Thank you Tania, Lydia and Mr Sabri!
My wife has been messed about. She’s has skin cancer and has been waiting since January for treatment
HH minds ADHD RtC service is awful, it took months to go from diagnosis to titration (and i already had an ADHD diagnosis to start with!) I am put with a different person for every appointment and they're always at least 10 minutes late, I have to explain everything to them again as they havent met me before or read any of the notes on the system, the link they send you to rebook your appointment goes to an error 404 (which they auto book for you often during the work day so i always have to email about it,) the medication monitoring form Im apparently supposed to fill in every week was only sent to me 3 weeks after I'd started medication.... I could go on, but suffice it to say i will not be recommending HH minds to anyone seeking ADHD care. They are downright negligent.

Pathetic service provided by the person who allocate the referral booking appointment. Health Harmonie sent me to surgery where they did not have the equipment to suck out the wax from his ear the built was so much that it had to be done via ENT specialist. Initially referral was made via my GP and from there it all went pear shaped after reaching the suggested place Health Harmonie! had provided us with (letter with date and location)
We travelled early morning via bus and after an hour reaching this surgery was told we were sent by mistake and admitted they keep getting patients sent to them by mistake. I had asked the question why this on going but did not receive a genuine response. I said I will be complaining and was given a telephone number and surprisingly no one answers!
Now they asked me take him to another place on the same day but was all 2hrs away. I was not driving so again was on the public transport!
Question if they knew this was happening why not put a stop to it and give telephone number to speak with someone
How disgraceful! I found the whole experience totally unacceptable
