Avoid! Unfriendly and Unhelpful. I just went in and asked fir help to get a puncture repaired. It seems I took my bike through the wrong door - the greeting I recieved was so rude and unwelcoming.
These guys should maybe consider another career - Customer service is definitely not for you!
