Exceptional Customer Care. I ordered the incorrect model and consequently I was concerned about the arrival and then the return being a heavy desk! No problem! Superb customer service
I am in the process of furnishing a tiny cottage and I ordered two bedside tables from Hulala. Unfortunately, when they arrived, I realised that they were too big!
I thought that the returns process would be complicated and costly and that my refund might not be processed. However, I was delighted to find that the process was straightforward and, Catherine, the customer service representative I dealt with was superb at her job and provided information and clear communication throughout the process from return to refund! All pieces of the furniture were packaged individually, and all the parts were there and easy to assemble. The packaging of my stand up desk was in perfect condition when I unboxed it.

Really impressed by the service here. We really wanted proper wood bedside tables and everywhere we looked the prices were crazy Hulala Home was so reasonably priced I was skeptical at first, but decided to risk it after reading other positive reviews. I realised after I ordered that there was a sale on but the discount hadn't been applied, and it could have saved us nearly £50. I emailed and asked if they could cancel my order so I could resubmit it with the discount. Chase replied to me very quickly and said instead of the faff of cancelling they would refund me the difference. Not only is there customer service excellent, but the bedside tables arrived within a couple of days and they look great. Very pleased.

Ordered, damaged, & great customer service!
I ordered the desk promptly and received great communication throughout the process. I was thrilled with the design, which looked fantastic in the photos. However, when I received the package, I noticed some damage to the top of the desk due to shipment.
I promptly reached out to the customer service team, and after some back-and-forth, they agreed to replace the damaged part. They sent me a new desktop, which arrived promptly. When I opened it, I was delighted to find that there was no damage, and the desk looked amazing!
I can’t express how happy I am with this desk. It looks fantastic, and the cord storage is so large that I can even fit my laptop docking station inside. This keeps the desk clean and organized. I highly recommend this desk; it’s worth every penny!

good company. bought 3 desks and two nightstands. two of the desks were sea drift color and the colors didn't match. was compensated for the color difference and bought a charcoal color instead. the nightstands are of poor quality and had problems with nicks and a struck drawer. had a lot of back and forth before settling on monetary compensation.

100% disappointment
