Hulii has been great. Was surprised by the quality of the refurbished phone, first time purchasing and wasn’t sure what to expect. Delivery was prompt.

Purchased an iPhone 7 from Hulii and am happy with the condition it's in. Arrived quickly and was happy with the experience.

I had my concerns buying a 2nd hand phone online. Would it be scratched? Would it work? Would it be a waste of $? But Hulii was great! Received my phone beautifully packaged, practically brand new and in good time as well. Very happy with the service and quality of iPhone 8 I received. Would order again if I need to in the future. Phone works really well and delivered promptly.

Really good. Ordered an S9 came as described, probably better, although the loud speaker was distorted. Hulii immediately lodged a return and i had a new phone within a week.

I was hesitant to buy a refurbished iphone, however I haven't been disappointed. We even received a missing screen protector without having to follow up! Very satisfied with the product quality and customer service. Would purchase from Hulii again.

Phone came really quickly and works really well. Couldn't tell it apart from a new phone. The only problem is that it over heats a bit. Not sure if that is just a problem with the individual phone or this model. Doesn't really affect it though.

Edit: 2 weeks later and the phone stopped working. The support team have been helpful arranging the return but it is really annoying.

I came across Hulii and thought "this site is too good to be true." But I took a look at the reviews and saw almost 100% of them were extremely positive so I took the chance and ordered myself an iPhone 8 in 'perfect' condition. This was followed by an instant heart attack when the site glitched and my payment went through but no order was placed... great. I tried calling but no one answered so I messaged the help bar and got an instant response from a real person which was a nice touch. They were beyond helpful in fixing the problem quickly and assuring me the problem would be sorted and it was sorted in the space of 5 minutes. The phone came within a week and i was beyond pleased to see it actually came in 'perfect' condition and everything has worked well so far! Fingers crossed it stays that way! I would highly recommend Hulii to anyone wishing to buy a new phone! Why pay a ridiculous price for a brand new one when you can get a damn near perfect one for cheaper! Plus you feel better knowing you're helping the environment the tiniest bit.
