So I ordered an iPhone 7 from Hulii. It came super promptly in a brightly coloured Hulii box. So far so good. My new phone worked beautifully on day 1 until the rubber ring around the home button popped out. That was a real bummer. I was lucky that I hadn't thrown out my old iPhone 6 then. I requested a return, mentally bracing myself for a long drawn out process. To their credit, the Hulii team replied promptly, and reassured me on certain deadlines that I was getting anxious about.
A hallmark of a customer-centric company is one that maintains a high standard of professionalism towards customers even when they are on their way out. Hulii gave this to me and to me that is uncommon and praiseworthy.
I got my refund and though I wasn't a customer this time, I already know that I'll return for my next device. Top marks for service, which is what matters in a trading business.

I ordered an iPhone 7 gold 32gb in good condition which is supposed to have light scratches on the screen and marks on the side, when I got it it definitely had marks on the side where the paint has chipped off but there were no scratches on the screen that I could see so that was great! Ordered it a couple of weeks ago and works 100%!! !!!!FAST SHIPPING!!!!! I got standard postage and it arrived on the same day the express shipping was supposed to arrive! Aka a WHOLE WEEK EARLIER! I didn’t get a email saying it arrived but I checked on Australia post tracking. I live in rural Australia so that was really good! BUY YOUR NEXT PHONE FROM HERE!!!!

I was a bit sceptical at first but was convinced by the good reviews. I bought an iPhone 7 in "great" condition but it was actually perfect condition. No visible scratches or marks and the battery health was at 100%. Delivery time to Singapore was 1 day! I will definetely recommend it to friends.

I was a bit sceptical at first! However as soon as I placed the order I was updated regularly with delivery updates. The delivery was less than 4 days and I was not disappointed with the product, in fact I was really impressed with the condition of the phone.

The phone is really great. It has some nice customer service. My only problem was that it took almost a month for it to come because of technical issues and not having enough units. Overall a great site and definitely would come back.

It is my first time buying a renew product and I am satisfied with both the shopping experience and the product. Here is my experience.
After I placed my order, I have asked some question about the order and the reply is pretty quick.
Hulii sends emails to me whenever the order is placed, processed, and shipped. The whole process takes around a week.
Overall it takes a bit longer to receive the phone since my order is delayed due to some testing issue.
Inside the box, the phone, a lightning to USB cable, and a SIM-eject tool are included and the phone is covered by a piece of plastic.
I have purchased a "perfect" condition phone. There are no scratches on the phone and the system is also no problem in the past week.

iPhone 7 Black 32GB - Perfect
After the iphone was faulty with the SIM Card service not being operational, I returned the item, making it VERY CLEAR that my preference was a replacement. After waiting for many weeks I followed up and was informed that I had been refunded! You did not listen to your customer’s request. I then had to buy the iphone again and they express posted it, but at this point the damage had already been done to your reputation from my point of view as a customer. I had to jump through too many hops to get a faulty iphone replaced. Not to mention that I had waste half of my own day, MY OWN DAY to print additional documentation for Fedex as they did not accept the returned iphone for pickup due to lack of paperwork. Not a single mention was made by customer service regarding the inconvenience and waste of money (I had to drive to officeworks as I don’t have a printer at home and get additional documents printed). Your RMA process is also not streamlined as again, MULTIPLE HOOPS to jump through.
All in all, I am giving 2 stars only because I received the replacement phone (for paying slightly less than the original amount) in the end and it was operational and customer service express posted so they started to work hard in the end after they lost my trust
