My delivery address was not completed…
My delivery address was not completed on the waybill so the parcel we had to track it with usps. And eventually got our package 3weeks later. Also the one name on the cap was almost unreadable.

Shipped to a different State
I ordered a hat for Father's Day on June 4I live in Missouri. Tracking number showed in Missouri on Monday so I had no worries it would be here. But then all of the sudden tracking shows it went to Kansas and was delivered to a mailbox in Hiawatha Kansas. I didn't get my package.

Ordered a 🧢 cap with kids names(fist bump) on it. One name can't hardly be read. I was so excited about cap to get it and be so disappointed!! I was told in an Email that y'all were going to replace it and send another one, but haven't heard anything about it yet. The name was Michael on the hat, I can send a picture if needed. There was another way to do the hat in a way it could have been read but it was very poorly designed.

Disappointed in hats
The material the hats are made of reminds of thick paper not a real hat material. I am disappointed in the hats especially for the price paid. Will not order again.

I really love the dresses I order they are so perfect for me. I would say they are kinda short so I wear shorts under mine and turned them in to shirts. They land just about on the to of my hips so some girls might be able to wear them as a dress but not me. They came very fast to my home. No issues with anything would definitely buy from this company again

The hat looks great but box was not worth it.
The hat looks great but I paid extra for a hat box and it came in a regular box, which was fine but by the time it got to my house the box was smashed all up and I had to take the hat out of the box and push it back out to reshape it not sure it was worth paying extra for it to be sent in a box though. The hat did push back out correctly and looks good now.

I got this for my grandson to give to his pawpaw for Father’s Day . What a big disappointment I’m almost embarrassed to give it to him . The quality is terrible, the front of the hat is made of plastic or something hard , who wants to wear that ?? It also took almost a month to receive it . I do not recommend this product at all they should be ashamed of selling it.
