I placed my order almost 3 weeks ago, still haven't received it and I feel the tracking company used is substandard. My package has sat in Chicago Illinois for a week and I live very close to a very big city (Houston) in Texas.

Shipping was standard
Shipping was standard. My only complaint is, with hat orders there needs to be something put in the hat’s to help with the bending of the hat. It’s kind of hard to get the shape back.

Kids names too small
I love the Cap I ordered but the names is so small on it you can hardly see it and you can't really make the names out...I wish the names were a little bit bigger in size but the Topic name size is good...

Not what I expected....
I order a custom hat with "Daddy" and his three son's names. The quality of the hat was fine, but the print of the names is not as advertised.
The font with "Daddy" was too big and the "y" is on the line border in the middle of the hat. One child's name is almost illegible; you have to look really hard because it is blurred.
1 star due to the quality of the hat (which is good); but the workmanship was amateur. Very disappointed in the product received. Unfortunately, it is too late to return because Father's Day is next weekend, and the children really liked the customized gift idea.
