Humanscale is awesome. We purchased 15+ Liberty Chairs in 2012 and a few more over the years. I am so glad we are able to purchase replacement arm pads for our aged chairs. The chairs themselves are... See more

Delivery date was marked for when I was away on holiday, they were very helpful in holding off dispatch/delivery until I returned. Great service and products!

The website is always a little bit clunky to use, especially when ordering things.

The website was pretty easy to navigate and a good overall experience. The only improvement I would suggest is: I was looking for replacement armrests for an existing chair and on equivalent sites there is a clearly defined option to go to a product support area that focuses on the replaceable components for the items; the search option didn't take me there; so I needed to select that I was buying a whole new chair to then get the option to buy only the replacement arm rests. Only a minor point, but I think better signposting to the replacement parts would be great.

Don't ever get the Float desk by Humanscale- it's a total dud, a lemon! The raise mechanism simply goes kaput after a few years. The retailer I purchased it from replaced it and then 4-5 years after that, the replacement also broke with the SAME issue!
I will be moving to another maker.

The site contains comprehensive spec information and it's clear what accessories go with what.

On the Humanscale website it was difficult to find the replacement parts page initially. After that everything straight forward
