Hunkemoller the worst online shop ever . I have bought 2 sets of lingeries on their website. After the payment i received info, that bra from 1 set is unavailable, however they send my order anyway. i have asked them not to send decompleted set - anyway, they didnt listen to my request and sent me panties only. Situation shows, they don't refresh what is available in online shop, they ignore your requests. All is about money. Be very careful with Hunkemoller. Totally dissapointed customer service

I haven't received my order, I can't get hold of customer service and money has been taken from my account I don't know if I will get my bras or if I can get my money back at all! I would absolutely not recommend buying from here!!

Update: I received my refund finally. But it took longer than 14 days. I'm not sure what part of the ordering process needs to be fixed here. But when I was trying to put my address in, the validation would not let me put it in as it should be written, so I had to use the "other" box to get the rest of it in, and I'm wondering if that is the source of the issue since all the correspondence I received was that it was not deliverable. (And I was home all day, and even if I wasn't home, the post man should then just leave the package at a pickup station for me to get later, not send it back!)
Never received my order and never got a refund. The company screwed up the shipping address on my package so it wasn't deliverable. I have two different strories from DHL and the Austrian Post about what exactly went wrong, but both include the fact that the address was not the same as what I have in my confirmation email. I only received an email after writing 3 days later since it was already shipped back saying I would get a refund when the package is processed and returned to them. However, I haven't received my refund yet, nor an answer to my follow up question that I sent over 12 hours ago. But it says in the tracking information that they have received my package back.
I'm extremely disappointed that I wasn't able to even re-order the item that I had wanted, as it had sold out on the website by the time this occurred. But this makes me very unlikely to try with you all again. This was so frustrating and caused me a lot of further issues, because I had purchased these items for a choreography and then I had to go spend more time than I had on short-notice looking for replacement items elsewhere.
I've also not heard a single thing from customer service when I reached out to them about the possibility of reordering the item. But I'm no longer interested. Just thought maybe the fact that your customer service is unresponsive after 3 messages might be something you'd like to resolve, as a business owner.

False promotion
Ordered 5 products online because they had a promotion of buy 3 pay 2. Returned 2 articles and kept 3,because of the promotion. I realised then that the promotion apllies only depending on the total amount bought. So i bought 3 articles and had to pay all of them.
I feel scamed, before this i was very happy with this store.

Its a joke!
I ordered a set of underwear on June 15, the next day the status of Shipped appeared. I ordered to the store to pick up there. for a week I did not receive any information that the underwear was ready for collection, I did not receive a tracking number to track the package. After a week, I reported to hunkemoller a request for intervention - until today, silence, but I received information that I should expect a refund. Its a joke?! 3 weeks from the purchase and no information, no intervention, no package and no money.
