Scam. Walk away. You will not receive what you ordered, you will not get customer service, you will unlikely get your money back.

Do not deal with those guys, their photoshoped hoodies are a total scam. I still have one remaining item that did not arrive for more than a month and I contacted them for a refund and got replies with apologies and sympathy

Ordered two hoodies on the 19th March, still no sign of the packages 29 days later. I have just emailed their support team to ask for a refund do to the lack of product.... awaiting their response.

Hunteroo is the worst company i have ever dealt with. There phone number doesn't even work. SCAM SCAM AND A BIGGER SCAM. THE WORST PART IS I GOT TO THERE WEBSITE THROUGH AN ADD ON FACEBOOK!! I WILL TAKE THIS AS FAR AS I HAVE TO UNTIL I GET MY MONEY BACK AND GET THESE PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Purchased Tactical Hoodie and what I received looks nothing like what is pictured. They told me it was because of the screen I was looking at made it look different than what it was. Filled a claim with PayPal, going through my card company next. TOTAL RIP OFF.....

Total scam. Ordered the "tactical hoodie" and it wasnt anything like the one in the picture. They order these straight from Alibaba.com, and make them send the stuff straight from China. You can get the same shirt for less than 6usd from there. Asked for a refund but they stopped answering me. Opened a dispute with my bank and will demand a refund.

I purchased a white sweatshirt. Took 3 weeks to get to my front door. It most definitely had a pink hue to it. The seams were coming undone in 4 places and the material they use to make the sweatshirt is pure garbage. You’ll find better at Goodwill. I emailed them to return the product and they told me to go see a seamstress to repair the threads. I guess the fact that it was pink wasn’t a concern to them. I have pictures and emails from them if you’d like to see them. I wouldn’t even put this sweatshirt on my dog. If you take the chance and actually buy something from them, good luck.

Ordered on March 20th and by April 2nd (13 day's) and 2 emails from them. The product I ordered still has not left. Started a dispute with Paypal

Ordered a hoodie over a month ago. Still hasn't arrived. I've contacted the company via email/text and they will not respond. Super scammy. Very poor service. Not sure about the products because they never arrived.

Brought a tactical jumper came as described look nothing like the picture. Also the stitching was out in the bottom corner. I recommend people take up a dispute with PayPal and they should be held to get a refund. As the products are not as described or shown

The shoes I ordered are not worth 10 bucks LET ALONE 55. I have sent 15 emails back and forth trying to return the shoes and I honestly think they are just messing with me at this point with no intention of refunding my money and letting me return the cheap product they sold me for 55 bucks... like I said the shoes look like they were made with the CHEAPEST materials they could use... Have told them that I'm just not happy with the quality of the shoes and to keep asking for a photo of what is wrong with them I keep informing them that there is no photo of which I can take to show that the quality is cheap that is the whole issue here I ordered them thinking that they would be nice shoes and they are certainly not any stretch of the word of nice quality.DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE, PRODUCTS ARE SUPER CHEAP EVEN FOR CHINESE MADE PRODUCTS... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MORE THAN A HASSLE TO DEAL WITH THEY RESPOND PROMPTLY BUT DO NOT HELP WHATSOEVER.

Never order from this company. My son ordered a hoodie and they charged our credit card and ten days later they said they have no record of this order. We will be contacting The Better Business Bureau. This just might be fraud.

Just receive my refund....

I will never order any thing else from this company! They do not do refunds or exchanges. The sizes are not accurate. I was told they provide a size chart for a reason. This company will never get any more of my money!!!

I paid for expedited shipping of my jacket , and now one week later it is still not sent. Will update when/if I receive it.

Not impressed so far.

I would strongly advise not to buy anything from this store.

I bought a product which was advertised as the tactical hoodie. It looked good in the image on the website, but what I actually received was what I can only describe as a poor imitation of the product advertised. The material is completely different, it is low grade fabric and doesn't have a lot of the features that drew me to buy the product in the first place.

On raising this with the company, they were very dismissive and claimed that the refund/return policy does not cover sale items. On looking at the site further, I quickly identified that all of the items they sell are indeed "on sale". This is clearly a ploy to get around having to refund disgruntled customers.

I thought I made some progress when I was requested to send a picture of the item, so I obliged. I provided a comparison of the image supplied and a photo of my item. It is clearly different to the image of the advertised product, as substantiated by several colleagues and friends; however the customer service department (if you can call it this) clearly thinks it is the same - They claim that images used are for illustrative purposes only and that they have had no complaints previously about this item.

Well I have complained, and presumably many others have too - se we shall see if this stays up on the site to warn others, or if it is removed!

I raised the points about consumer rights and standards of advertising, however they have just ignored this. According to the site, they are based in the USA, in Illinois, which is in fact covered by laws to try and prevent this kind of misleading sales happening.

So, in summary, do not buy anything from this company or you will receive poor quality imitations that are not what you thought you paid for.
