I have found Hunt office to be one of the best office supplies companies in Ireland. I have found their prices to be substantially lower than others and the delivery time is exceptional. I would not consider other suppliers and would rate this company and their staff as No 1 in Ireland.

Hunt Office has a very efficient customer service in my opinion . Their staff are all so polite and extremely helpful. I usually get my order delivered the following day, which is what I need being in a busy office.

I misplaced screws for a work desk when moving house. I purchased the desk from Hunt in 2021. I reached out to them by email and had a response from Paudie within a few hours to let me know my request was in hand. A few minutes later I was asked for my address to send the required screws. Very fast, efficient and helpful.

I contacted Hunt's by phone and was dealt with by Zoe who could not have done more to assist me in placing and expediting my order. She was friendly, informative and super efficient. Ordered 2k laptop as it stated 3-5 day delivery, 8 days later I phoned and the laptop location was a mystery, received an email saying they were looking into it so I replied to request refund (advised I was purchasing in store the next day and needed refund), 4 days after my email they reply to say it's out for delivery that day and would I still like a refund?! Had to threaten court and CCPC before they would refund.

It was only when searching for their email I was reminded that 5 years ago I placed an order which was delayed for 4 months, I was continually told the item was "In Stock" and just delayed, 4 months after order Huntoffice cancelled the order. I checked the website and they had the identical product listed at a 600% higher price. When I emailed querying this they blamed the supplier and told me they would not honour the order I placed (and waited for 4 months for) and I could re-order it again at 6 times the price if I wanted to...and I guess wait another 4 months until they decided to increase the price again.

This appears to be a drop shipper situation which is very poorly managed. BEWARE
