Dealt with Laura, via an email query. I received prompt replies to my queries and every email was professional, courteous and contained the information I required. My queries were all sorted to my satisfaction.

I place just small orders from time to time and I always get exactly what I’m looking for promptly, it seems that my orders are just as important as bigger ones ! Hunt Office staff are a pleasure to do business with.

Absolutely amazing customer service experience. I managed to add an incorrect shipping address and Laura was so good to help to track the parcel and liaise with GLS on my behalf with regular updates on the progress!

Unreliable delivery. I ordered from an Irish company to support local business but delivery is awful. 3 to 5 day delivery is completely false and I'm left without equipment that I was relying on for work.

Go to Amazon instead where you can rely on delivery.

Trusted company. Despite the inconvenience, absolutely not HuntOffice's fault, everything was brought to a happy ending. Had an issue with some technical issues with some printers that were supplied by HuntOffice.
Got some excellent assistance from Emilija in customer service. Issue sorted.
