Scheduled my exam on a bank holiday with only 24 hours notice and refused to reschedule

Gave me less than 24 hours’ notice of my exam — by email on a SUNDAY, for the following day which was a BANK HOLIDAY MONDAY. Refused to reschedule unless I paid full price for another exam.

The login details didn’t even work at first so I missed the 1st 15 mins of my exam, their support line was closed, and I was left out of pocket after having to rearrange my previous commitments. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Avoid.

Cancelled my course 4 days before and…

Cancelled my course 4 days before and tried to up sell me on to another course in a different location at higher cost to myself.
Lost deposit for accommodation booked for the week. Avoid and book directly with a company.

Will see if I manage to get a refund.

Great experience with Hurak

Great experience with Hurak, had my emergency first aid course and SIA refresher course and Everything went well, the tutor was amazing and all was well understood. I will always recommend everyone to go to Hurak for their training.
Any questions bordering you,you call them and straight away they will give you a positive response.

Hi. I am very plased with Hurak First Aid Course and the presenter Hamza-everything was teached very proffesinaly and i do reconend Hurakand this course!

Humza Was Brilliant

First aid trainer Humza was brilliant. Experienced showed. Whole class loved him. Funny and could do everything from the top of his head. Really recommend him to all. Hurak centre was clean and easy to find too
