I had a Citizen Eco-Drive watch that stopped working years ago. It was very nice, and it sat in the closet for years. I did a Google search, contacted Hurley Roberts Service and sent it in for repair. It wasn't fast, but it was done well. I received the watch back a few days ago and it looks great and runs smoothly. I'm very happy with the service.

Very professional. They paid for the shipping both ways even though I chose not to have the watch repaired aftercall.
Very prompt, very organized and kept m,e updated about the repairs necessary and the cost. When I declined the repair because I could not justify the cost of repair for a 20 year old watch, they promptly and courteously returned my watch as if I was a paying customer.

I use this service for my watch repairs. They are always friendly and fast. If you decide not to have something fixed. They just send it back to you no charge. I have had multiple items fixed by them. They are great to work with.

I have relied on Hurley Roberts Svc for cleaning and repair of watches for a couple of decades. The most recent repair of my Citizen’s Eco was a challenge m, but HR Service was persistent and got the job done!

I had Hurley Roberts overhaul a citizen dive watch for me. Based on their recommendation I approved replacement of all o rings, gaskets and battery, main reason for service. I know this was a big job and the watch came back in great working condition. My only wish is that the repair could have been quicker but I would still use them again for service.

This was a great experience I had with Hurley watch repair, I have no complaints whatsoever. I have a collection of watches and the one that they repaired is my favorite.My watch came back like new.They are who they say they are. Thanks for a great job!!!!

I sent in my Citizen ecoDrive for a new crystal and cleaning. It took several months to receive it back. The crystal was new, the watch worked, but the calendar skipped forward at random. I called them, received authorization to send it in. It was returned about 2 months later. No additional charge. So far the calendar issue seems to have been corrected. I am grateful for my watch. It just took some months to get it fixed.

I have an eco citizen divers watch I purchased in 2000. Over the years I used Hurley for the band replacement. In early 2021, the watch stopped working. I sent it to Hurley for service, they quoted what needed to be done and I approved the work. I recently received the watch back and it is good as new! Thank you HRS!

I mailed a movement watch for repair. five weeks later and seven phone calls it was returned for $200 charge and a watch that didn't work. Five calls again later, they refused to do any further work with zero accountability. Take your chances.

I have a 17 year old dive watch that has great sentimental value. It needed a complete rebuild and Chrystal. I sprung for a new metal band as well. The watch came back looking and working like it did when I first got it. Great care and thoughtfulness in the communication and workmanship. I could tell they pressure tested to 100 ft, awesome. They even sized the band to the one on the watch. Could not ask for more.

It did take longer than I had expected but the end result was worth the wait.

I would definitely use these guys again. They really communicated well every step of the way. The only reason I did 4.5 ⭐️ Instead of 5 is because the wait time to get my watch back was like 6-7 months. Now COVID happened right after I sent it in so I have to give them some slack because they had to close down. But it was well worth it. My watch is a 17 year old watch and it runs perfect, looks like a brand new watch. Just like the day I bought it. I definitely recommend Hurley Robert’s to fix whatever watch you might have.

A few months ago I send my Eco-Drive Citizen watch in for a problem. It was returned after repair but a couple of months later it stopped completely. Hurley Roberts repaired it and returned it at no additional charge. That is super service and rare in this day and age.

Had an issue with my Citizen Eco Drive, stem broke. Looked around the net and found Hurly Roberts service on Citizen watches. Process was easy to follow with sending and receiving watch. Took longer than I thought but the cost was very reasonable. When I received the watch all costs of repairs were itemized and watch works fine. Would recommend.
