I sent in a Citizen Titainium dive watch over 12 years old. After work it came back looking brand new. I was very impressed with the detail of repair work in addition to all the testing done. Thank you very much for the service will use you as my Go to watch repair company going forward.

Excellent repair service. My watch came back as good as new. I waited an extra long time to get it back due to Covid-19 implications....

I sent a Watch in for Repair the time was off by 7 minutes and I was unable to correct the time. After approximately 3 Months received the watch back working like New. The delays were due to waiting for parts.

I sent my watch in for service and battery replacement. I received my watch back promptly with a notice that the tech who is trained to work on my watch would not be back at the shop till Jan 2022. Still was not charged for shipping. Can't wait for 7 months so sent it to CA repair facility.

The group at Hurley Roberts made my 17+ year old watch work like it was brand new again. They're level of communication should be considered the standard for customer service. Tough times for all due to Covid. I have taken a special commemorative watch (1992 era) to them for battery replacement many times over the years, and they are always able to help me out. It took much longer than normal this time, but I didn't have to worry about the safekeeping of my watch. Got it back now, and it works as good as ever!

Hurley Roberts is we’re I send my watches for repair I never experienced anything negative the employees there are nice and caring they always remind me about daylight savings time so I can set my watches yes I have 5 eco drives I tend to forget to set them and if I need any repairs you can get a free shipping label they will tell you how much prior to any repairs being made this is the only company I will send my watches for service and repairs I highly recommend Hurley Roberts.

The repair of my watch was great, but it took a long time (4.5 months) from the time I sent it to its return to me. I know the pandemic is ongoing, but the only time I received an update is when I initiated the inquiry as to the repair status.

I ordered a hard to find watch band for my husband. It took months for the order to be fulfilled from their supplier, but it wasn’t Hurley’s fault.

Thanks to them, my husband can wear his favorite watch.

I sent my watch to them for a new battery and band and my only complaint was that it took several months and they didn’t keep me updated that they had to close because an employee had covid19. However if I ever need watch repair again I will definitely use them.

I have used Hurley Roberts service co..,Inc. twice now for the repair of my citizens quartz watch that was a gift from my beloved parents in 2012. The first time was when I dropped my watch in 2014..breaking the stem and setting crown. I was heartbroken when my local jeweler told me he could not repair it because my parents had passed away by then. Fortunately my jeweler gave me the name and address of Hurley Roberts service company in Norcross Georgia as they were authorize Citizen factory service center! They were prompt and helpful with my repair.
Well when my watch got broken during the pandemic Hurley Roberts service co..,Inc.’s there once again to correspond with me and let me know about my repairs. And fortunately I have my beloved watch once again in perfect working order! Every time I put it on I feel closer to my parents throughout my day.

I highly recommend this company as they did an excellent job of repairing and refurbishing my watch. Their communication process was "spot on" throughout the entire process as they kept me informed from the time my mailing labels were provided until my watch was returned. Now I am enjoying my old friend and it looks like new.

I have a Citizen watch that I just could not find a band for anywhere. Hurley Roberts was able to get the band although this past year has caused all kind of problems with getting product from Asia. During the time that I ordered, until the band finally arrived, Hurley Roberts always kept in touch and answered all emails.

I am a repeat customer of Hurley Roberts and they receive my 5-star review for the quality of workmanship. The repair was delayed several months due to COVID backlogs, but my previous repair experience was timely. I received periodic emails apologizing for the delay and providing approximate turn-around times. I would have preferred information regarding the possible delays when I placed the order for the repair.

Sent my 1995 AQUALAND PROMASTER to the Torrence facility about 12 years ago after it quit and was told it wasn't repairable. So just tucked it away in a drawer. After satisfactorily dealing with HRSC on a another Citizen, I sent the PROMASTER to them for evaluation...received a quote...sent the money and received back my all time favorite watch, a working PROMASTER!!!! It doesn't get any better than that...Thanks Mark and Company for a JWD (Job Well Done)

Hurley Roberts is an excellent service center. I have used them several times to repair my citizen sailing watches that I wear sailboat racing. The Citizen watches are tough and solid however a racing sailboat environment if often hard on anything you wear. Hurley Roberts can make any repairs necessary after such an environment including bent and broken stems orca scratched crystal.
