Would be less than 1 star if it were available. Who has a returns policy these days were the customer has to pay to send back an item.
My return was ignored for over a month and I had to chase several times just to get my refund. It felt like the customer service rep (Sap) was messing me about on purpose. Really poor customer service and the last time I will order anything from Hush Puppies. Finally resolved by a nice lady who apologised for the delay. Too late tho

While we do state on our website that we do not currently offer free returns on orders that you’d like to return, we do aim to process all returns within 14 days of receipt. It’s clear we fell short in your case, and for that, we apologise. This is not the standard of service we strive to provide.
We are glad to hear one of our team members was able to resolve the issue and apologise for the delay, but understand this came too late to restore your confidence in us.

Unfortunately wrong size shoe was sent, the box had the right size, but the shoes were a different and wrong size. I had to email before I can return, No reply from the email I sent which is now overdue, will have to send another.

Impressed with the fast delivery, very unimpressed with the returns policy. Ordered the wrong size boots, returned them at my own cost, to exchange for another size. Tracked after a week of hearing nothing to see that the return had been received. Emailed to ask how long before they were refunded as wanted to order another pair (they were £109). Sent email to ask and told that returns can take up to 14 days to be processed, once processed it can take 5-7 working days for the refund to show on your bank statement due to the bank's processes!! Very disappointed in the customer service & communication.

Hush Puppies are the best shoes I have ever worn.
I'm a big heavy guy with size 15 feet.
I have many pairs of shoes (including Barkers).
But when it comes to comfort nothing compares with Hush Puppy.
They are durable too.
Even my 86 year old Dad has started wearing them and says they are the best shoes he's ever worn.

Poor quality shoes

Major fitting problem
I cannot believe that a company like Hush Puppies can invent a trainer that is almost impossible to put on. The tongue is all part of the shoe, so its basically a slip on that is too tight for your foot.

Black Friday deals a con. Boots in stock then out of stock and wouldn’t let me add to basket. After Friday back in stock full price again. Sent email on Friday 72 hour turnaround hence no reply yet and after speaking to custsrrvices totally unsympathetic and told you have to pay full price. Poor retail experience

Well know problem with the soles
I purchased a pair of black hush puppies Dress shoes they have hardly been worn
I was tidying my wardrobe out the other day and noticed that the soles had totally disintegrated
I thought about contacting customer services but after reading lots reviews of people with the exact same problem I came to the decision that it was pointless as not one of the reviews I read did anyone resolve anything with customer services

Badly scuffed even with protective spray!
Bought school shoes for both my children and both have scuffed very badly even with the protective spray added.
I wanted to try this brand as I expected them to be good quality but they were cheaper than the brand I usually buy from.
They are so scuffed I’ve had to replace both of them not even two months into the school year. So disappointed.

Great boots. Unusual colour which attracted me. Haven’t had Hush Puppies since the ‘80’s but like the comfort level. Will look out for other pairs in future as they are good value.
