The trainers I bought made my feet feel very uncomfortable. I have hot feet. I queried what material they were made of and asked for advice about what might be a better choice. It turned out that they were made from recycled plastic which explained the effect. Customer services went on to recommend the materials that would be a better choice. This was all very helpful.

Bought some boots that were too big. Returns are not as simple as Amazon, though the customers services team where fantastic and highly response to get the job done. When I hit a snag with the QR code and browser, the team go back to my emails within a couple of minutes. Issues sorted. 10/10 for service. I held back on one star for the policy of having to repurchase the product and wait weeks for a refund are sub optimal.

Terrible sizing of Betty junior shoes they couldn’t possibly fit any child without being a complete trip hazard. Appalling, they shouldn’t be allowed to sell them and then you have to pay £5 to return. Customer service took multiple emails to answer my query

The sandals that were ordered came on time unfortunately I had to return them for a refund, this was all done in a timely manner and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

There was a discrepancy with one of the back straps on the sandals I purchased, issue was dealt with promptly and fairly. I highly recommend this company.

Although ordered size 12 they were too small at the front. So wasted effort snd had to return them - Expensive post snd no recover of sending. Back costs

Not the quality I expected from Hush Puppies, just 5 months old and both heal soles have worn through and collapsed, the upper leather is still in really good condition which is a real shame as they are now only fit for the dustbin

15 years ago I tried on some hushpuppied and they felt like the most comfortable shoes ever, like a pair that you'd already worn in. Didnt even take them off when I left the shop. about 3 years later when they had worn out I got another pair and the lasted another 3 years. But since then quality has gone do far down hill. I can wear a pair and the soles will be cracked within 4 months!

Hushpuppied what have you done with your manufacturing, its APPAULING.

If you want someone to test some properly and you'll actually do somthing about the issue when they wear out, get in touch, otherwise that's it. no more hush puppies for me.

Absolutely awful shoes that have fallen apart twice in less than a achool year (two pairs). Ripped inside, sole fallen apart, material peeled away from leather around the toes, leather is very thin.
I remember when Hush Puppies was a decent, sturdy shoe- what has happened to them!?
