My wife purchased sin WHITE hush puppies trainers however when they arrived they were light GREY . We questioned the colour with HP who said that the white was a off white and that you couldn’t use the advert to confirm the colour . Really disappointed in there response and to acknowledge that they were not white as shown and said if we order a replacement pair then these could be light grey as well . Other retailers also show the HP trainers in white however cannot take the chance they won’t come grey . Hush puppies are suppose to be a high quality brand but I’m no longer convinced . Beware in what you buy

Had a slight issue with my order but the customer service team resolved it and got me sorted out. Boots are great quality

The worst and unprofessional company ever. I wouldnt touch them ever again. Their shoes sizes are not standard, so they dont fit me. When I sent back, they said this wasnt faulty and I had to spend £8 as postage.

All of the shoe companies put out sizes in all measurements, inch, cm, UK size, US Size as the minimum. Also their sizes are almost identical. Your shoe sizes are far from standard size and it’s your responsibility to fully display sizes. "

All they say to you is it is not their fault and there is no "standard shoe size", WTF????

Atrocious immoral company!

I bought a pair of boots from this company and they came defective ( one boot was larger than the other) the amount of emails and time it took for them to agree to take them back was just ridiculous ! I was eventually sent a prepaid printable returns form attached to an email from HP, and they told me to send them back. When I got to the post office I found out it wasn't prepaid at all.... It was actually £5.40! When I got home I emailed HP telling them what happened and asked for a refund, about 4 days later they decided to reply by saying not only had I used the wrong returns form ( how? It was sent by them) and that they hadn't received my boots I'd sent back.....so not only had they stolen my £5.40 postage, they were trying to say my boots hadn't been received! I am so glad I payed using PayPal! They got my refund for my boots, but unfortunately not for the pre paid postage that cost me £5.40. in a nut shell .....I find this company to be immoral and have absolutely no respect for their customers. I unequivocally do not recommend purchasing from this company.

Bought 2 pairs of Hush Puppies boots just over a year ago for my wife. One pair was black for work and the other tan/brown for the weekends and days out. Checked the brown boots and the left one had split downwards from the leather joint at the heel. How does this happen - this has to be a manufacturing defect? They are not worn as much as the black pair. Tried emailing customer service but no response after 2 weeks!

Terrible quality shoes ,non existent customer service this is the third issue I have had with Hush Puppie shoes and the company dont care

Bought some boots in the sale. Easy to order on line and delivered very quickly.

Prompt efficient service coupled with the fact the sandals I ordered were a fraction of the pre-sale price so also excellent value for money.

Bought the shoes on line and unfortunately I had to return the shoes. To return them I had to pay the postage, which is quite expensive and hadn’t realised that when I ordered them. For a company like Hush Puppies I feel that this was unfair and I won’t be using them again.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Ordered a pair of loafers size 9. Arrived quickly. Box said size 9. Shoes inside were size 11 !!!! No response to emails or Facebook messenger. Not paying to return then so have to wait to hear from my email. I did order another pair in size 9 and received a size 9 and these are good quality. Would be good to get a response from customer service with info on how to return incorrect order. Will not shop with them again.

I ordered some Roxanna boots in October - luckily from a different retailer. By the middle of January the sole of the left boot has collapsed, letting in water. This should not happen on a pair of expensive winter boots. Thankfully the independent retailer has offered a refund, after reading other reviews I am happy that I did not buy them direct from Hush Puppies!

I ended up ordering this item twice. Sadly the first item had a fault and I was disappointed because otherwise they're a lovely shoe and comfortable. So I decided to order the same again in the hope it was a one-off fault. Thankfully it was and the customer service team were great. The faulty pair was returned without charge and a prompt refund processed.

I purchased 2 pairs of boots from Hush Puppies UK. Both pairs were high quality and reasonably priced and were delivered promptly. When trying on the boots I noticed a defect in the inner-sole of one of the pair. This meant they would not be comfortable to wear. I contacted customer services who dealt with the issue in a professional and timely manner. The service I received was excellent and would therefore recommend this company.

Extremely poor service. My parcel was left in a black bin and collected by the council. Tracking never showed delivery and no note was left. Customer service promised follow-up but after 40+ days there’s been no response or resolution. Totally unacceptable.

Ordered some boots, but the fit isn’t right. Despite emailing requesting a returns label, they have again redirected me to a qr code that does not work. Returns system is very outdated, you wouldn’t think it would be so difficult to return something these days, still waiting for a response.

Boots didn’t fit - one foot felt smaller than the other- not an issue I usually have! So I went to return… that’s where the issue begins, you have to pay your own postage, using tracked shipping- I did this only to have the boots returned back to me as undelivered… no contact number, don’t respond to emails so left with boots I still need to return at further cost to myself- non existent customer service….

Returns should be made clearer. I ordered size 5, too small, paid £5.99 delivery & £4.50 to return. I then ordered size 6, too big, paid £ 5.99 delivery & £4.50 to return. It has cost me almost £21.00 and no boots!!
