Easy to order and good quality

Well !!, the boots themselves are ok. BUT, be wary that you may not get what you paid for. I ordered a UK size 6, the box stated a UK size 6, unfortunately inside the box was a UK size 5 pair of boots !!. They even expect you to return at your own expense even though it is not the customers fault that the wrong sized item was packed into a box that showed mis-matched item sizes. UNDER THE CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT 2015, THE RETAILER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING COSTS OF RETURN IN THE CASE OF FAULTY/ MISREPRESENTED GOODS. LOUSY QUALITY CONTROL QUALIFIES FOR FREE RETURNS. SHOULD BE REPORTED TO TRADING STANDARDS TO FORCE THEM TO GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER !!!. DO NOT RECCOMMEND .....

I don’t even want to give a one star!! Absolutely disgusting. Ordered for next day delivery as they are a Christmas present. The boots have already been worn!!! Box was smashed which was a bad sign to begin with. Boots were covered in scratches and the sole was worn down. They want you to pay for the return!!! I’ve emailed twice asking for a full refund and still no answer. To say I’m angry is an understatement. Terrible do not use this company at all costs.

Purchased two pairs of boots in the sale, two different sizes, as not sure how they fitted? Neither was comfortable, so returned them. However, it cost me a whopping £11.35 to send them back, as per Hush Puppies instructions. First & LAST purchase I'll be making with this company, unless they change their returns policy.

Saved for a pair of boots in the Black Friday sale, pair in my usual size were ginormous so I ordered a size down. Did not realise that returns were not free but through a tracked service only at your expense, which I didn’t expect for a shoe company. A whopping £6 to return the parcel with Royal Mail, which was more than the next day delivery that I originally paid. Also, it states on their website that refunds will not be given if the shoebox arrives damaged in any way. My original order turned up in a box with a giant puncture hole, so how can they state that if their own packaging arrives damaged in the first place? In short, returns are an absolute pain and unclear, I’m £6 out of pocket when their shoes run too large and have no idea if they’ll even accept my return anyway. Will not be ordering from this site again.

Awful customer service - I ordered supposedly wide fitting shoes (which usually fit fine from other retailers) when I complained that they were not wide fitting they were not interested.

First pair of Hushpuppy shoes I have bought. I kept them for 'best' for first 9 months then wore them regularly. Within days the uppers separated from the sole. I had this repaired by a cobbler. Then about after a month of regular wear the sole cracked across the full width of the shoe.
The company's customer service was appalling and hid behind the law.
There has been nothing good about the whole experience. Rotten low quality product at mid-range prices from a company that does not give a damn. A complete waste of time and money

Awful customer service. I have sent back 3 orders 10 days ago. The refund policy states 2 weeks for a refund, which is a ludicrous amount of time. There is no available contact details and the delivery tracking & billing is an unknown name, meaning you have no idea what the order is. The boots are very small across the board & there is no attention to customer service - most of the deliveries have arrived without any tracking details.

Bought some boots in sale they are lovely boots but the left boot had frayed laces which don’t look very nice I emailed them straight away it took them 5 days to reply asking if I would accept £5 discount but I have refused this because I have searched and cannot get laces like them plus cheapest I’ve found for a decent pair are £8.99. So I replied to their email explaining and asking for an exchange and a free returns label that was 6 days ago I have heard nothing. I always believed Hush Puppies was a good reputable company, seems not so

Amazing comfort.
I have large feet so it’s hard to find the right shoe

Bought mens office shoes, product was had high quality features, and very confortable. Now six months into wearing them, use them a lot, and I have to say the shoes have held up well. I will be purchasing again.

Ordered some slippers - nowhere near the correct size and I don’t think they’ll stretch. I’m also not entirely certain they are leather.

Thought this was a good brand but it would seem their quality has tumbled.

Very poor quality, wrongly advertised colour of boots. To top it off they were faulty and you have to pay to return. Absolute joke! Will never buy of this website again 😡

I purchased a pair of Hush Puppies Bounce™ school shoes for my daughter from our lovely local school uniform shop.

On the positive side, these shoes are genuinely extremely comfortable. My daughter absolutely loves wearing them, and she has never complained about sore feet. The fit and initial comfort are 5-star worthy.

Unfortunately, we have discovered a serious durability issue that has only emerged after a relatively short period of wear. Today, we found a significant hole in the sole of BOTH shoes where the heel sections have completely come apart.

The heel of the sole has detached, and the internal structure underneath appears to be an empty space rather than solid material. This is deeply disappointing and renders the shoes unwearable.

I strongly believe this points to a manufacturing fault rather than general wear and tear, as this kind of structural failure should not happen to a quality school shoe pair. The initial comfort was excellent, but the failure of the sole quality is a major letdown.

Would I recommend? Not unless the manufacturer addresses this severe quality control issue.

Packaging says "Recycle Me". "This box is made from 80% recycled paper, soy based ink and water based glue". So why is the cardboard plastic coated meaning it is not only unrecyclable but will contaminate and other recyclable board it is mixed with. This is irresponsible corporate greenwashing.

Very poor performance and quality, the sole broke down inside found no support under heel.
Tight fit bruised toes after walk really bad fit.

Ordered a pair of suede knee high boots which were described as wide fit and roomy in the calf. As a lady with a wide calf i was pleased as there are not many nice looking boots on the market. On arrival lovely boot....but definately not wide in any shape or form! So had to return. This is when I learn that you have to then pay for your own returns!! CHEAPEST..£8.50!!! On top of paying for delivery.... Never again will I order from Hush Puppies

Worn on and off. The pull tab snapped on one early days.
Worn again with the weather changing now it is autumn, maybe 12-16 wears in total, nothing robust to challenge the boots, and one is leaking in, not even splash proof.
