Customer care non-existent
Just to reiterate what other folks have already said - customer support is non-existent! Correspondence to UK head office gets no response. I'm having problem with my 430x and they obviously don't give a damn. If you are in the market for a robo-mower I'd advise looking elsewhere, Husqvarna don't care about the important matters of customer care and service.

I contacted Husqvarna using their website contact form - I got a confimation email and a promise to reply within 2 days. Then what I got was what looked like an automated response pretending to be a real person from a forum user but the solution forwarded had little to do with my enquiry. This ‘person’ had clearly not read my enquiry but it seemed more likely a computer had identified the word ‘battery’ a number of times in my email and plucked a ‘battery how-to’ off it’s database. I then had to reject this and request Husqvarna staff look at my enquiry further. No reply for a week so I emailed again. This time I got a response from ‘Charles’ - another seemingly computer-generated person. Again no indication a person had read my enquiry - the response simply told me to ‘ring customer support’ or ‘find a dealer’ . I replied asking ‘Charles’ to forward my enquiry to someone who could answer it. I have heard nothing since.
Like other reviewers I have found Husqvarna Customer Support to be non-existent.
DON'T BUY THE HUSQVARNA K4000
The Husqvarna K4000 electric concrete saw is the biggest RIPOFF ever. It stopped working after 1 hour of work. I brought it back to the shop and they said it was fine, working ok. After a period of time, I needed to use it again. It worked for about 20 minutes and totally failed, with smoke coming from the motor. Since I rarely use the machine, the warranty had expired. Now I'M UP FOR A HUGE REPAIR BILL TO REPLACE THE ROTOR. This is the last Husqvarna tool I will ever buy, and suggest to anyone reading this, DON'T BUY IT.

Bad Customer Service
On 12/01/20 I ordered a tension chainsaw bolt and small washer for the bolt and the gal that I placed the order with told me it would take 4-5 days via Fed Ex. I waited and waited and on 12/07/20 I called and spoke with another CS rep and told him that I still didn't have my part, he stated that he would check on it and gave me my Tracking#. On 12/10/20 come to find that it was delivered but not!!! On 12/11/20 I spoke with a Mark @ CS and I asked same if he would repeat my address and found that the 1st CS rep never put in my Post Box#!!! Mark was nice but took forever(approx 20 min) to get an approval for a re-order of my parts. Mark sent me a Ref.# via email and to this date, 12/20/20 I still don't have my parts!!! A couple of days ago replied to the email that Mark had sent due to no delivery and I haven't received a response. I have read other reviews and I just can't believe that Husqvarna has gone to the dump, they used to be a great company, what the heck happened man!!!
Bought a K4000 cut and break concrete…
Bought a K4000 cut and break concrete saw. It has broken down 2 times in as many weeks. The shop servicing my saw told me the saw is being worked too hard. I have years experience working and operating a concrete cutting company. I definitely worked it as hard as it needed to be worked to get the job done. Moral of the story... This saw cannot do the job it was designed for. Also, warranty won't cover my machine even though it's only operated for under 5 hours between servicing.
Next to useless
Been trying to get a replacement part for my ride on lawn mower been to dealer they are next to useless so contacted Husqvarna direct dont even answer your emails.
Very poor quality, worthless warranty and no support.
I wish I had read these reviews before buying a £300 battery chainsaw kit that failed after being used just 5 times. Being a home user that was 14 months after purchase, but Husqvarnas 2-year guarantee proved to be absolutely worthless as they found every excuse not to cover it, particularly that I didn't 'register the product although I had the receipt. So, I have a saw that still looks like new, used five times and complete scrap. I have had Dewalt cordless tools that have run for 15 years! Completely shoddy product with false warranty promises and spectacularly poor back up. Back to buying Stihl.
DO NOT BUY A HUSQVARNA RIDE ON…
Bought a ride on mower for my flat lawn. It has been in and out of the repair shop since the day it arrived (actually went wrong within its first half hour on my property!). Husqvarna not interested in accepting any blame and certainly no replacement of said machine. Customer service is non existent. It is difficult to get any response to emails (I sent seven!) and they just palm it off in the dealer-who then palms it back to Husqvarna who are just not interested. Warranty is a total scam. Husqvarna are an utter disgrace.
Shoddy expensive chainsaw that failed…
Shoddy expensive chainsaw that failed soon after leaving showroom .what a surprise they would not honour their warranty obligation . Blaming dodgy fuel . I am a certified mechanical engineer with 40 years experience .i would not buy anything husqvarna ever again and would advise others likewise.
Shocking Cutomer Service
Bought a Husqvarna strimmer in October, broke after little use in June this year, been at an authorised dealer for repair ever since, at a time when you use it the most, tests results fell outside set perameters so Husqvarna will not authorise its replacement or repair so had to pay for the new Carburettor it needed with a hint that I had previously tampered with it . Worked for about 10 minutes after repair, so returned it again, now 'piston is damaged' and beyond economical repair so I'm out of pocket by over £200 as they will not honour the warranty. Shocking way of doing business. Any other store, you take a faulty product back and they replace it, or repair it. Will be very unlikely to use in the future. No uk telephone number to call either, its 2020 !!
Chainsaw is junk
Chainsaw is junk - spend $350, less then 3 years of use (personal - around the house work!) NOT Business) pull cord jammed, fixed for $70, used 2 times - jammed again! Called and e-mailed - NO costumer service at all - only recommendations, went to official service location - also waist of time - STAY AWAY! Buy something else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bought a petrol 29R strimmer 2016 got…
Bought a petrol 29R strimmer 2016 got about 4 hours work out of it.pull cord jammed, and had it repaired under warranty, during the checking of the machine 4 other defects identified and fixed, machine is only used a couple of times a year.
2019 pull cord jammed again and I would say the machine had done less than 20 hours of work ,now been informed engine had seized due to lack of oil, which I find bizarre as always used the correct mix and pumped the primer.
Worst customer service by far
Unbelievable but expected. When companies get as large as Husqvarna they don't need and especially don't care if we are having difficulty with any of their products. I rated 1 star because the saw I bought is working ok but trying to purchase the safety chaps, wow that's a joke. So keep buying husqvarna products lol.
Literally the worst customer service
Literally the worst customer service. Take days to respond to emails and the sales staff I interacted with were incredibly rude and dishonest (Will Kelly and Ken Brewster). I am so disappointed, all I wanted to do was buy one of their products whilst on offer. However whilst waiting for them to respond the offer changed and they wouldn't honour the original deal.
Customer Support non existent
Customer Support non existent
Bought a Flymo 1200R robotic mower in May 2019, took great care of it and overwintered it after cleaning in a frost free shed, brought out in May this year and worked perfectly until I noticed one day that the tread on one of the front wheels had split and was dangling preventing the mower to propel itself properly. I immediately contacted Flymo who said it was nothing to do with them and told me to phone Husqvarna who make the mowers, and gave me their customer support email address. I sent all the details of my mower, serial and model numbers, my contact details and a photograph of my mower. The mower is under 2yrs warranty as I registered it with Flymo when I bought it from Amazon.
Now I have a very expensive robotic mower that can't work because it needs a new wheel. I can't purchase a one from Flymo's online shop as it says it is no longer available.
I have had no reply from Husqvarna since emailing them and I am very annoyed to say the least. I'm disabled and elderly and bought the mower in the first place to save money as I was being charged £25 every 2 weeks to have my lawn cut.
The customer service of both Husqvarna and Flymo is appalling. The Flymo agent I spoke to on webchat kept me hanging around without telling me why they'd disappeared from chat and then abruptly told me to email Husqvarna.
Totally unacceptable. These companies are using the lockedown as an excuse not to bother with problems customers have with the equipment sold to them.
If I could give 0 stars I would
If I could give 0 stars I would - we, stupidly, took the advice of a salesman and bought a ride on mower and a chainsaw - neither have ever really worked properly! The ride on mower spent most of its life in the workshop being repaired - I contacted Husqvarna who told me that it should only be used for small lawns - not really what I thought a ride on mower should be used for! The chainsaw has a small nut that needs adjusting pretty much every time you use it - and you need a particular tool to adjust it - obviously you can't buy this tool so, again, it has to go back to the workshop every time for a 2 second tweak! Don't waste your money - after sales support is rubbish - products are rubbish - go for Stiehl, Mountfield or anything but Husqvarna! - update - we tried to trade this piece of sh*iiitt against another (NOT HUSQVARNA) and it would cost £2000 to get it working to a saleable standard of £1500 - do not waste your money - pay an extra £1000 and get something that will actually cut grass!
Unadjustable alignment. Say what!?!!!
10 hours use and front wheels way out of alignment. Nothing bent or damaged, so how does it get this way? To my surprise, no way to adjust alignment. Fights against itself in motion. After 10 hours, really?
I've got a Husky 120 chainsaw and a hedge trimmer
I've got a Husky 120 chainsaw, the budget entry level model. I've had it four years now, just for pruning my trees and making logs for the burner, so it doesn't get massive use. But it's a brilliant piece of kit. I know lots of other users have complained about poor starting with this model, but if you do it right, it'll never let you down. Just follow these instructions:
Always use fresh petrol. Once it's more than three months old, drain it.
Change your spark plug every spring.
Follow the cold start instructions to the letter.
For hot starting, open the choke then press the drive button once before pulling the chord.
I've also got a Husky hedge trimmer, which gets a lot of domestic use. This is my third summer using it and apart from changing the spark plug it's maintenance free. It's dead easy to start, one pull when hot, two when cold, and it cuts as good today as the day I bought it.
