I bought a Husqvarna RC320TAWD sit on…

I bought a Husqvarna RC320TAWD sit on mower. Avoid buying this mower!!

Over £7k and billed as durable mower for large gardens with a switchable collect and mulch function. It’s going back next week. I’ve only mowed with it 3 times and it’s needed repairing twice. The collection augur drive has blocked both times. Husqvarna’ s response is that it’s not supposed to be use for mulching which is odd given it has a button for this and is advertised as a collector/muncher. They’ve been pathetic.

It’s also dangerous. I was mowing down a hill, not particularly steep and it span like a 1980s Porsche 911 as all the weight is at the back. As I say, avoid and buy a John Deere or Honda.

Don’t waisted your money on Husqvarna YTA22v46 riding

My Husqvarna YTA22v46 riding lawnmower has 76 hours on it and the transmission is out on it. I read reviews online before I purchased it and should have listened to others recommendation not to purchase this brand. They were right, PLEASE do not buy these riding lawnmowers, you’ll be just like me with buyers remorse. They tell you three year warranty but it’s only two year on the trans. I will never purchase any of their products again. Fancy name and a poor quality product! The transmission is $500 alone without labor, I not going to invest any more money into a less than quality product.

I purchased a Husqvarna rider about 2…

I purchased a Husqvarna rider about 2 years ago. Disappointment! This year brakes locked up. Common after internet search. Dealer I bought it from does not return calls. Found dealer in Walbridge Oh who picked it up, fixed it and called me for the return almost 4 weeks ago. I called him last week asking about it and he said he would return it the next day. One week ago and still no rider. I have had to pay to have my grass cut and it looks like a hay field again. Had John Deere for 15 years, not a problem!

brilliant customer service

I bought a flymo lawnmower back in December but didn’t open the box until the better weather, only to find some parts were missing. Emailed them on Sunday afternoon at Husqvarna (the company that make them), got a reply from Ryan Mercer of Customer Services next day. I sent the info he asked for and got a reply from Julie Dew of Customer Services two days later saying the parts would be sent free of charge. Two further days later the parts arrived !! What amazing service - email to receiving parts in five days in these times of staff shortage etc. Well done guys !! Thanks.

HUSQVARNA 2800S Splitting Axe - 2800g

Great axe, easily splits Oak logs which I’ve been struggling to cut. It’s slightly more money than other axes but definitely worth the money. It comes with a handy carrier that also protects the cutting edge. The edge is cut to shape and covered in PTFE to aid the split and stop it sticking.

Top class products and service

I purchase my Husqvarna products from Glan Thomas Garden Machinery near Cardigan, first class service and advice. I have had no problems with the Husqvarna products purchased of him in the last 5 years, the latest purchase being a 520iHE3 36v long reach hedge trimmer. Tried it out today and very impressed. Yes I could probably save a bit on line, but that saving does not cover the advice and tips provided by a good main dealer.

Avoid buying a Husqvarna.

I bought a new Husqvarna TC138 which lasted one weekend. It had so many problems the dealership replaced it. The second one needed major engine work totalling over £450 after just thirteen months. Now its a guess whether or not it will start from cold every time I use it. (keeps flooding the cylinder). My previous ride on was a much cheaper Mountfield which I traded in after over ten years of trouble free use.

Bought brand new £600 550XPG chainsaw…

Bought brand new £600 550XPG chainsaw didn't start, threw chain off, smoked etc etc within 30 days of ownership. Even had qualified chainsaw instructor tell me it was a dud and I returned 3 times in 1st year. Apparently "no issues". Avoid Husq like plague - i have a £180 Stihl which i use for everything rather than this expensive piece of rubbish which sits in the corner of the shed unused.

Husqvarna warranty is GARBAGE!! Don't believe it.

Had my $2300 tractor for a year. Looked down and saw my front wheels were both pointing out. Couldn't drive straight. Obviously something broke underneath. Normal use!! Took my tractor 30 miles away to an authorized Husquvarna service shop! Husqvarna claims that it was cased by repeated impacts. Total bull!!!! I'm 51 years old. I just cut my damn grass. I'm not building ramps and racing it. I cut grass!!! Warranty denied from normal use! Avoid Husqvarna at all costs. Their warranty means nothing. Now I have to pay out of pocket for repairs for a shoddy product. As I was pleading my case with the Husqvarna rep she kept interrupting me and saying "SIR, THIS CASE IS CLOSED!!!!" ...... This company is garbage, like their products! BUY JOHN DEERE! We are a John Deere family from now on. F-U Husqvarna. Garbage product. Garbage warranty. Garbage company. My family will all be wearing John Deere Green from now on. You lost my business FOREVER....as well as my family's business.

Nice way to treat a retired military member huh? So much for your bogus "Military Appreciation Program". What a joke!

I can enclose a photo of my issue. Someone please tell me how I can have such severe damage to my mower due to "impact" yet have zero damage. to the frame or body.

Poor quality, wait months for parts.

I thought I was investing in a top quality Ride on, how wrong I was, it costs more to run with its servicing and break down repairs than our two cars. Also I have now been waiting for parts for 5 weeks and am now told they will be another 2 weeks! All this in prime grass growing season.

Husqvarna Rider AWD transmission destroyed by approved dealer

I own a Husqvarna Rider AWD mower. I service it except for the transmission oil and filter. Husqvarna's owner's manual says to get an authorised Husqvarna dealer to change the oil and filter, so I used Winchester Garden Machinery in Liss. The maintenance department returned the mower with the transmission oil half empty. They took it back and did it again, this time over-filling it. The machine ran for 5 minutes and the transmission failed. I asked Husqvarna why one of their approved dealers had allowed an untrained mechanic to work on the machine. Husqvarna weren't interested in answering my question or supporting me in talking to the dealer about a remedy. I've learned from this that what Husqvarna write on their website about high quality dealer support is nonsense. Also learned their customer service team doesn't care either.

Customer Service

I purchased a Husqvarna lawnmower from Menards. After using the mower I needed to order a part because the mower was doing a poor job mulching the grass. I began cutting the grass more often so it wasn’t long but that didn’t help. I ordered a part from Husqvarna that I thought would fix the problem.
They sent the wrong part. When I called them to return the part for a refund they indicated that I could dispose the part and they would credit my account —- that never happened. I repeatedly called them to ask about the refund and they kept telling it was sent to the bank and again that never happened. I can’t prove it but I truly believe that they just blatantly lied about the refund.
I guess that the last Husqvarna product I’ll buy.

Husqvarna a poor brand!

Bought a brand new out of the box husqvarna ride on mower tc138 last year and it lives in my garage away from the elements all year long under a tarp. With in two weeks the head gasket went and in fairness to the company I bought it from they replaced it with a new seal with in two days . Husqvarna said it's not our issue as it is a Briggs and Stratton motor . Roll on a month later and the lowering spring for the double cutter snapped and back it went . I was furious . Husqvarna give me a extended warranty and a pair of their ear guards with built in radio plus the covered the first yrs service. Roll on one year the mower was only serviced and low 4 weeks later the battery is beyond saving. Wont charge. Awaiting the company i bought the mower from to get back to me . Hopefully the "extended "3 year warranty covers a replacement. Worst money I ever spent. If your reading this and are think of getting a ride on ,don't say to your self that you better get a husqvarna because it's a well known name . Get the cheapest most generic ride on you can as these things only break your heart .

Bought a R600 robotic mower.

Bought a R600 robotic mower.

Customer Services take you round in circles. They take days to look at their emails then ask you irrelevant questions to which you've already provided the answer. I'm 6 or 7 emails in and they've not asked any questions about what's wrong with the product (which has failed after only a couple of months of use.

I recently bought a robomower from them…shouldn't have!

I recently bought a robomower from them online and have not been impressed at all. The actual mower gets great reviews from websites online, hence buying it, but their customer service is entirely lacking. Ordered online and received confirmation email no problem. Didn't make delivery date but a couple days later came home to find the very expensive mower on the front porch. Thankfully not stolen. Installed it myself only to find I needed a PIN but NO help in paperwork as to where to find it. Phoned the number on the email to be told I needed to send security info, fair enough, and that the agent should've provided the PIN...found the agent contact details on the same email and they knew nothing about my order. Turns out it should've gone through them and if it had this whole process would've been better. Now I've been charged £1 per minute for what should be a free customer service call (which wouldn't have been required anyway had this been clear) and having raised it with them (via email of course, can't call now!) they've dismissed me. Raised with the regulator. Last (hopefully) issue, can't register the warranty unless through the agent and thankfully he's being very helpful, despite not being party to the transaction, but he's miles away. Oh, and if the agent had installed it I would've got an extra years warranty...Where was that stated?!?! Seriously don't bother with this company directly, go through an agent who can make up for their blatant disregard for end users of their products!! Or buy another robomower altogether and save yourself the risk.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, and the build quality of their ride on tractor mowers is awful. Having had an older version of their garden tractor I now wish I never got rid of it.. They have lost all the quality that they used to have, and that wasn't much. The grass box is terrible and no longer rigid to save costs and leaks so much grass so you are covered in grass/dust, the battery is now tiny so goes flat very easily but you can buy a trickle charger from them if you want!!, the seat is terrible and slides forward when you brake and has a low back so is uncomfortable its like a toy mower.. There is nothing good about it. AVOID.....

Need strength and muscles of a body builder to assemble this product

I bought a Flymo Easi Glide 330 Electric Hover Mower which I simply wanted to test to check it was working, only to find I had to put it together first! Then discovered I need to have the muscles and strength of a body builder to do it. If you are over 50 or lack body and hand strength this is not the product to buy. Buy a lawnmower that is already assembled. I just hope I don't have a problem with it when I use it in the Spring!
