Still not shipped....

No shipping information after several days. Called in and was told that my package was set aside because they couldn't verify my address. WHY THEY DIDN'T REACH OUT?? It has now been over a week and still shows that it hasn't shipped! Last time I ever order from this company, I may end up just canceling and ordering from another company. This place lacks the most basic customer service...

Super Z

Super Z, not cheap. Parts support in Australia is pathetic. Four to six weeks for a steering dampener that failed with 29 hours run time.

Needed parts asap

Needed parts asap. Ordered them. After 5 days, no shipping. I inquired, and after 2 days, informed me one of the 3 parts wouldnt be available for 10-12 days. The website never said it was out of stock. Never said unavailable. Never said it was a "special order' or anything. So I asked to cancel the order. They said they couldnt cancel, and now Im going to have to wait 10-12 days for them to ship it, and then return it on my dime with a 20% restocking fee. Read all the reviews with these guys, theyre SUPER shady.

I second all the bad reviews

I second all the bad reviews. Similar bad experience.
DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE JERKED AROUND.

Ordered 12/11. On 12/17 I asked for tracking they tell me its on backorder and lastest delivery is 12/26. I tell them to cancel and now they say its almost ready to ship.

I’m twice the fool and ordered at two…

I’m twice the fool and ordered at two different times.
Site showed parts available and fast shipping. Two different orders delayed over a month and were cancelled.
Several excuses given by company.
Charge was immediate and they played with my money a couple weeks before return.
Buyer Beware

They are a total rip off

They are a total rip off , ordered a dipstick that was to be in stock , they lied it wasn’t after waiting weeks then to get it , it was the wrong part. Then they tell me there’s a 20% restocking fee total crooks BUYERS BEWARE

Have bought many parts from this…

Have bought many parts from this company since buying my Hustler RDX. No problem until the last order.
I ordered a belt for the lawn vac portion of the mower.
According to the order form on my website account, I ordered the correct belt which was #218. The company send me a different wrong belt #216. Un fortunately for me, I did not notice this mistake until my mower service guy told me the belt I gave him was wrong and he had to order the correct belt.
I told this to the company and they refused to make good on the WRONG PART that THEY had sent me.
Despite WRITTEN evidence showing this was the companies error, they kept repeating that IT IS NOT THEIR POLICY to make refunds after 90 days.
I can understand that policy if it was MY mistake but it was not. The phone lady from Mexico refused to let me explain this to a supervisor.

Said part was in stock and it wasn’t

Said part was in stock and it wasn’t. Said it would ship 1 one business day. I went to track the order and it is on back order for a month. They will not refund my purchase. I have filed a dispute with PayPal.
Don’t order from here.

Horrible!!

Horrible!!! Do not order through these clowns! Horrible customer service. Told me when I ordered part was in stock…shocker it wasn’t. They now say it’s in…but it is not. So they put it in waiting shipment, which it’s been in that state for over a week now. Will not answer my calls or refund my money.

Avoid this company!! This is not even a legit company

This is not even a legit company. You call customer service and they ask you what company are you calling about because it's a call center in India. The lady that helped me hung up on me because I couldn't understand her accent while she was clearly eating something. They get you to put in your card info and then tell you the card was declined and try again and when you do now you have 2 charges on your card and 2 orders and like others have said, it dang near impossible to make a return. Avoid this company!!

Steer clear of this company

Steer clear of this company, they refuse to honor returns per their own return policy. When you call the number listed on their website it all seems professional i.e. business telephony service although it seems to be simply a one person operation behind the scenes who then provides you with lip-service, and get directed to someone from some other company who simply sends auto/canned email responses pointing back to their return policy. It seems impossible to get an RMA number to return a product.

Avoid this scam store

Avoid this scam store - parts are shown as in stock but they will not ship for days. Customer service refuses to cancel or refund orders. Be sure to Google their phone number 561-880-4022 - it will show several websites run by this fraudalant company.
