I have not received the table and when postnl called to deliver it I asked them to return it, however I still get reminder for the payment. This was too long ago already

More than 6 months to receive a table…
More than 6 months to receive a wood table. Totally unnaceptable. If I knew it would take so long I would not have bought it at huus.nl
They always come with the stupid excuse of improvement in the future. But the truth is I was lied.
I always judge a company by their customer support performance, which in this case, was null.
HUUS will always tell you they will improve next time, but looking at recent feedback from other customers, I really think this company is a scam.

Nice table, unhappy with delivery
Ordered a table on a sunday, received the link to make a delivery appointment on monday. Table was set to be delivered on saturday. On the day of delivery, suddenly the link that I got to track the delivery wasn't usable anymore. Shop and delivery company both not reachable. I just had to wait, when I got an e-mail that the delivery driver got sick and the table could not be delivered that day. I would receive a new link to make a delivery appointment. This took until the next monday to receive. Made an appointment for the friday at 11. Went to sleep and when I woke up the table was scheduled to come an hour earlier than communicated before. This took a lot of accomodation from my side as I still had to travel home. We barely made it on time.
Table looks good, very content with it. Overall experience with HUUS was good, had contact with the customer service before ordering and that was a nice experience. Unhappy with the delivery as it took 2 attempts and the company is not reachable on weekend days.
